Start Every minute on the minute. Do the exercises and rest the remainder of the minute. How many complete rounds can you get through before the time is up?⠀

Emom is the abbreviation of every minute on the minute. It means that every minute you must start the movement. EMOM is a training protocol that requires you to complete an exercise for a certain amount of reps under a minute. If you complete the exercise or movement under that minute, you will rest for the remaining time.⠀ ⠀
What are the benefits?⠀
-Pacing: EMOMs remove much of the thinking from a workout; the clock decides when you’ll be working and when you’ll be resting.⠀
-Progression: EMOMs are a great tool for measuring progressions from week to week. ⠀
-Versatility: EMOMs can be programmed to train anything: power, the aerobic or anaerobic systems, mechanics or skills.⠀
-Rest Periods: Well-programmed EMOMs should have built in rest periods. Unlike a normal WOD, these rest periods allow you to analyze your performance after each minute.

Cardio Wednesday! 4 Miles/36Min with wind coming off the bay, so it was pushing me sideways in both going and coming back... I LOVE MY LIFESTYLE...I LOOK FORWARD TO THAT 5am ALARM BUZZER...When that buzzer goes off it's almost like a fighter hearing the Bell Ring...I Know I got a fight (challenge) ahead and I Look Forward to taking it on... Your brain is just like a Super Computer, You can install ANY software/program (habits)you want it to run...However just like a computer, it can be infected with a Virus...
"Thought Viruses" are our negative thoughts we put more focus on than our goals... Re-direct your focus to WHAT you are shooting for, Not what you currently don't have or can't even fathom achieving!  You Must Beleive it to Acheive It!

Capita che in palestra mi dicano: ma li fai da solo questi "giri"? Si ed è stupendo. Ti godi al massimo tutto senza distrazioni. Il rumore delle ruote grasse sullo sterrato, l' aria ancora fresca del mattino tra gli alberi, il respiro che cambia di intensità in base a come si modifica la salita, lo spettacolo di un bel panorama che spunta quando non sei più tra gli alberi e le sensazioni di forza e resistenza che ti fanno sentire Super😉 Questo mi rende Felice 😊

Happy HUMP DAY everyone!! And for me it's also BOOTY DAY! 🍑 One of my favorite muscles to work on. 👌

For today's move I'm doing a weighted reverse lunge on the slider and then a hip hinge.  Make sure you keep your back flat on the hip hinges so you don't strain your back muscles, and really squeeze those glutes 🍑 at the top.  Do 15 of both movements on each leg, rest, and then repeat. You'll be sure to feel that burn! 🔥

Wow! Monday’s leg day was killer!! I did c1,2, one round of c3 in 40 minutes. For the BSS’, I used 15lb dumbbells in each hand. For the 3 point lunges, I had 8lbs in each hand. I felt really good until minute 30 or so. That’s when I hit c3 and it took everything in me not to quit. I just kept telling myself “prove to yourself you can do one more round” and that’s exactly what I did. Overall, great workout that was tough as all hell. Now to conquer Wednesday! .

Went for first iccle (!) run in a longggggg time this morning and got home to this! .

Do I really have to stretch?

I get it…

…stretching may seem like a waste of time when you’re already trying to cram in time to workout.

For the longest time, I would skip stretching. It wasn’t making me sweat so why bother?!

 But here’s the thing…

Stretching (or what we like to call mobility) is so important to weight loss and reaching your long-term goals.

See staying flexible allows you to have better range of motion during your movements. 

An example would be getting lower in a squat. 

The more range of motion you have in the movement the more muscle you use, the more you get out of the exercise, and ultimately the more calories you burn.

Also, flexibility is key to preventing injuries.

I can’t tell you how many women I’ve worked with who end up injured and can’t workout for days, weeks or months because their lack of flexibility lead to pain or injury that kept them out of the gym. 

Don’t let that be you! 

Flexibility is right up there with cardio, strength training and proper nutrition when it comes to long-term results and it’s why it’s part of every workout we do ☺

Well, i will see again this condition in 2021..in agreement with coach, we have decided to not compete for the next two years for dedicate ourselves to a "pure muscle building" phase.
We want to make the qualitative leap to become definitely more competitive..for compete as a Classic Physique..and maybe, try again as MPH 😁
