Wow! Monday’s leg day was killer!! I did c1,2, one round of c3 in 40 minutes. For the BSS’, I used 15lb dumbbells in each hand. For the 3 point lunges, I had 8lbs in each hand. I felt really good until minute 30 or so. That’s when I hit c3 and it took everything in me not to quit. I just kept telling myself “prove to yourself you can do one more round” and that’s exactly what I did. Overall, great workout that was tough as all hell. Now to conquer Wednesday! .
