Squat walks- Stay low in your Squat & squeeze your glutes🍑
4 sets, 16 reps (8 each side)
Burpee, Mountain Climbers- Go crazy & get your heart rate up, but keep control, remember core tight! (Oh perhaps tie your hair up😅) 4 sets, 10 reps (2 mountain climbers per burpee)
Walking Lunges- Keep chest high, ensure your knees are 90° & knees don't go over your toes. Aim to touch your back knee to the ground.
4 sets, 16 (8 each leg)
V-Ups- keep you core tight and back flat on the floor.
