Another leg day, another squat video. Even if I got chicken legs at least I can say I don’t skip leg day😂. Not really much to say other than, don’t eat before a leg workout. Wanted to throw up the whole time 🤢, and the salted pre-workout did not help.

The leg day compound movements I had done were:
1️⃣Squat 3x6: 70kg (1st set on video) Can’t believe this was my 1 rep max back in November, progress has been great on squats.

Bodybuilding movements done include:
2️⃣Romanian Deadlift 3x10: 80kg
Second time ever trying hook-grip on the first two sets, was pretty good on set 1, gave out mid-set in set 2 so switched to double overhand grip with straps to just focus on the muscle group. 
3️⃣Hack Squats 3x8
4️⃣Smith Machine Lunges 4x12 (Each Leg)
5️⃣Hamstring Curls 3x15

Worked my way up to 335lbs for a single!  Definitely feel 400+ by the end of the year!  Tried front facing hack squats for the first time, and did 180 and 270 for 2 sets of 8.  And finally leg extensions 115, 130, 145, 160 2 sets of 12 each.  And a little before/after of my shirt😂

Hopefully I remember my camera this Saturday. Should have some stock footage out later this week.

Last squat day before my first full powerlifting comp this weekend. 495lb for a single felt pretty good I'm definitely getting stronger. This makes me wonder where I'd be if i would've never got hurt. Time to take the week off and get focused!
