Trust me, waking up at 430am does not appeal to most people. At first, myself included BUT when you set BIG goals for yourself you make adjustments and find time!
Would I rather wake up an hour or so earlier than I normally would and get 1/2 of my to do list done or would I rather sleep in, work all day, and have it waiting for me at the end of a long day?
I feel so much better and have a more productive day when I, wake up early, read my devotional of the day and 10-15 mins of some form of personal development, drink my shake for breakfast to start my body with great nutrients, and have some time to work on my coaching business.
Try waking up 30-60 mins earlier than usual! I promise you will be surprise what you get accomplished!!! .
