When people struggle to build muscle, in lots of cases, it's because they are worrying too much about the wrong things. For instance, many people I see rely way too mucg on things like supplements, the "Anabolic Window", meal frequency, and eating 100% clean all the time. I used to freak out over these things when I first started, and it took e a while, but I finally realized the most important things you need to worry about are your diet, your training, your recovery and staying consistent. These 4 things take up a huge amount of the puzzle when it comes to your muscle building success. If you have those 4 things in check, you are putting yourself in a good spot to make progress.
Stop majoring in the minors. Don't worry about all the supplements you "need" to take, focus more on your overall diet. Don't freak out over getting a meal in within 30 minutes of finishing your workout, and don't freak out over the number of meals you need to eat in a day, focus more on total daily calories. Don't obsess over eating 100% clean, and realize that if you're consistent with your overall diet, calories and macros, that it's ok to eat fun foods too .
Don't make it harder than it has to be.
