I tried today again the front lever, back lever combo I am really satisfied with my progress💪🏼 I am on a good way and i will perfect this exercise until summer☀️ Skills need a lot of time and discipline🤸🏽‍♂️ You can do anything if you want.

Never stay stuck in the stage of a plateau during your daily workout routines. Constantly challenge yourself to force your body to change🏋🏾‍♀️. Switch it up from the same regular exercises you do because your body will get bored & not enhance as quickly as you would like. ———————————————————
One thing that I love about this exercise is that it’s a great for not only improving your full body strength and power but it’s good for targeting the whole posterior chain part (from your deltoids, lower back, glutes🍑, hamstrings 🍗 & calves.. just to name a few) of your body. My goal is to really target that section with more quick & explosive movements💪🏾!

Kettlebells are so challenging because the weight is distributed differently than a typical dumbbell.
They can be awkward to use at first, but once you get the hang of them they are so much fun to use!

 Lo priemro es que quieras hacer el cambio, que lo desees, de ahí en en adelante buscar la ayuda necesaria y las personas adecuadas para  lograrlo.
Se persistente nada se da de un día para otro pero si te mentalizas y comprometes de seguro lo lograras en menos de lo que crees. 💪💪

LA RIGUEUR/LE CARNET D'ENTRAÎNEMENT

Il a fait son apparition depuis janvier pendant l'entraînement suite à mon suivi coaching: le carnet d'entraînement! 😁 Je n'en avais jamais utilisé avant car je me disais que c'était inutile car j'avais tout en tête. Mais bon, il n'y a que les imbéciles qui ne changent pas d'avis 😅 Ça fait partir de la rigueur d'avoir un plan d'entraînement et de savoir exactement son évolution sur chaque exercice. Est ce que depuis la semaine dernière j'ai augmenté la charge ou le nombre de répétitions? Je ne dis pas que c'est indispensable mais c'est un plus pour avoir une vision de son évolution de ses entraînements.

En sèche ou en déficit calorique c'est important d'essayer pour ne pas trop perdre du muscle de ne pas diminuer ses charges sur les exercices de semaine en semaine ce qui n'est pas facile car plus en avance dans cette période de restriction plus c'est difficile car les kcal journalière diminue... Le carnet permet d'avoir tour ça à l'oeil.

La rigueur: bien souvent pendant mes exercices je n'étais pas focus sur ce que je faisais. Une fois que je commence mon exercice j'essaye de me donner à fond et de bien contrôler mon mouvement pour qu'il soit exécuté au mieux. Un conseil: ne vous obstinez pas à prendre lourd mais veillez à bien exécuter. J'ai moi-même fait longtemps cette erreur...

Le carnet d'entraînement, le focus, la concentration, l'exécution,... ce sont des choses qui peuvent paraître anodines mais en faisant attention à chaque petits détails c'est là que vous allez encore plus progresser.

Everyday I'm faced with the fact that I'm a leader, not a follower, not even a boss... a leader!!! A "friend" downplayed my weight loss saying "he think he did something big!! Nigga you HAD TO lose that weight!!" This is only partially true,  I didnt HAVE to lose weight, I had no medical issues, im not diabetic, all my blood work always comes back remarkable...BUT my decision to lose weight was to me a life pr death situation... so if I walk with my head a little higher, and chest poked out a little more please understand 300 + lbs gone from 624lbs is A BIG DEAL... So did squats, bench and deadlifts today! (Forgot to film bench) Got 65kg squats for 2x2, 90kg deads for 2x2 which I'm really happy about cause I've been stuck on that for a while and then 40kg bench for a massive 2x5. Really happy with my progress recently, ready to smash my Cornish qualifier in June!

I am super proud of the Booty Squad program we created at TS Personal Training Studio. @samrichardsonpt created this class for me to run shortly after we opened our studio in October of 2018. It has grown significantly since. I had one girl, @laurak.fit in my first class. Now, we have almost equal members to our entry level bootcamp classes. That. Is. Nuts! I’ve gotten extremely close with these women since our membership allows us to train together multiple times a week. We offer 9 different time slots M-F, so they can hit whatever fits their schedules. We have a lot of moms, nurses, hairstylists, etc. with crazy busy lives, but are still able to make their goals a priority. Plus, this gets to be a social hour for them since a lot have joined with friends or have made friends with others in class. The amazing progress they’re making seems to be just an added bonus at this point. .

Full body workout - After celebrating my 22nd yesterday, I wanted to get a nice burner in to not only get sweaty and burn some calories, but to get rid of that bloating sensation I tend to feel after consuming high in starchy fats, simple carbohydrates - this is what makes eating wholesome foods and complex carbs consistently, worth it - You end up adapting to health eating habits and falling in love with the benefits of feeling less bloat, and overall wind up feeling much better as opposed to eating crap - aka probably why you feel like crap. I of course still have cheat meals, but choose to eat in a cultivated paleo plan that not only keeps leaner, but happier. Give this workout a go - Complete all moves for 45-60 sec, with a fast transition between each exercise, not resting until 1 full round is complete. Aim for 5-7 rounds total. 
Med ball 1 min plank hold
Bosu ball jumping lunges - (keep weight in the back of the heels) 
Med ball squat jumps - (make it as explosive as possible at the top, pushing off from your heels)
