Made a salad for lunch. Most of it came from the garden. Harvested Mizuna, Bibb lettuce, Red oak leaf lettuce, Tango Lettuce, Prize head lettuce, Buttercrunch Lettuce, Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage, Flat Dutch Cabbage, Red Acre Cabbage, Lacinato Kale, Nero de Toscana Kale, Ruby Red Swiss Chard, Chervil, Cilantro, Two varieties of Parsley, and Multiplying Onion greens. Also used Large Cherry Tomatoes and Roma Tomatoes I harvested last week. Added some avocado, cashews, and home made Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Yum!
