Having a little fun with the workout. It doesn’t look like it but this was really working my muscles. I made sure to flex my butt muscles and stayed on my toes to engage the calfs.... all while having fun. Journée de promenade et de vélorail hier, 8km seulement mais avec 4km en montée, ça a piqué un peu les jambes😅

Mais la pause à l’arrivée en valait le coup, au bord de cette jolie cascade!

On August 19th at 9:27pm we welcomed our Baby girl! I went to my 38 week doctor check up and was told I was 5cm and in early labor (all I had was light cramps). I headed to the birth center to get antibiotics I needed before birth and then had my water broken....40 minutes later our baby was here. Its amazing how different each birth can be and even though I was expecting another fast birth I wasnt expecting it to be this fast. Super greatful for another empowering birth, wonderful supportive birth team, healthy baby, and what seems like a speedy recovery.

A different kind of session this week, certainly something I’m not use to (low impact) but I know its in my best interest to make sure my body is in the best alignment to effectively train. I had a rehabilitation session with @sam_elitetsm after we discovered at a Myotherpy session last week I have a pelvic tilt that needs correcting. 
So we used @stickmobility_australia to work on my mobility and alignment, it looked easy but surprisingly really hard. Thanks @sam_elitetsm I felt amazing afterwards

Work out on the treadmill was intense but felt so good. Switch it up tonight and worked on my butt muscles and thighs. If you are pregnant work up to this. I did this pre pregnancy and knew I could do it. Please do not try this for the first time while pregnant. #pregnantworkouts #pregnant #pregnancy #fitpregnancy #pregnantworkout

How are we almost halfway?!
She finally moved up a bit and is having a blast in there practicing her moves.
We have an ultrasound next week to make sure she's growing well but so far no concerns and it's thankfully been very smooth for me as well. Can't get much better than that!
So glad the parents only live a ferry ride away and mom is able to make it to most, if not all appointments for her little girl ❤️
