Non-contact Group boxing as well as classes that focus on drills and specific movements used in Kickboxing & Muay Thai training.
We focus on Sport specific training exercise! We have an elev8 crew, who regularly compete in OCR (obstacle course racing) and Strong man competitions and full on combat.
We incorporate many years of experience into the drills and routines on offer in these classes. All our Fun, energetic and tailored towards, aerobic, anaerobic and plyometric circuits, to help maximise your training without the use of any or little equipment.
