💞 I love this quote because this is exactly all the right reasons for going ALL IN!! It’s about transforming your lifestyle so you will be healthier and happier. Your HEALTH is worth fighting for! You are a role model to everyone around you and you are leading by example! 🙌🏻 I’ve been All In leading an active lifestyle exercising regularly since my mom passed when I was 17, but the one component I was missing was a balanced nutritional regimen. I’ve always associated being overweight to = health problems because that was my mom’s situation. She took medicine that made her lethargic and she made excuses not to exercise. She had numerous health problems including diabetes that led to an enlarged heart and ultimately a stroke. ✅ How you should do it: Balance the weight on your heel, big toe and small toe. This will allow you to build a light arch with your feet and to move your knees more outwards, which is also called external rotation.⁣

I used espresso roast in my cold brew maker.... game changer.

This summer, I am working with a program that’s teaches elementary age children about nutrition, health, food, and gardening.
It is part of the summer school program, and today I get to go to the school, meet some of the kiddos, and set up my classroom!

All really fun things, as I feel that I am naturally a teacher at heart.

Happy I have this homemade cold brew to start off my day — which is not only saving me so much money, but it’s DELICIOUS (w/ oat milk & some sugar, my go-tos)

-Use the assisted pull up machine to perfect your form ⁣⁣

-If you feel your forearms burning out before your back try paused reps with a platform to rest your feet on, this allows your grip to have a slight break between reps ⁣⁣

-If you can only do 5 pulls up use the assisted machine to finish off your set ⁣⁣

-Try using a resistance band to give you some assistance instead of the machine (loop the band round the bar and put it at the bottom of your feet/knees

You have time, you just chose to do something else. It’s a matter of prioritizing your time better and putting your health on top.

A lot of people tend to think they NEED to set aside 60-90 minutes of exercise 5-6 days per week. All you really need is 20-30 minutes of physical activity 4-5 days per week to see positive changes! And as I always say, something is ALWAYS better than nothing. So wake up 20 minutes earlier, skip that late night Instagram binge or online shopping, do squats while you’re waiting for dinner to cook...just get moving!

This type of exercise is great for not only developing shoulder strength but stability and range of motion at well. Having the kettlebell instead of a dumbbell offers a different feel to an already great movement.

ARE BRO SPLITS COMPLETELY USELESS AND IS IT ALL ABOUT HIGH FREQUENCY?🔬

There are quite some discussions about training splits and which ones are most optimal.
A bro split = training each muscle group 1 time a week. Mostly done over a course of 4/5 days.
A higher frequency split = training each muscle group at least twice/more often a week.

The reason for this discussion is because bodybuilders have shown to get great results of the bro splits, while scientific studies have shown that higher frequency training resulted in more spikes in protein synthesis (aka more gains because you’re stimulating the muscle directly after it’s recovered).

Here comes a scientific twist: this doesn’t matter that much if the total weekly volume is EQUAL. Which means that creating progressive overload and adding more volume over time = the main driver for hypertrophy. BUT this doesn’t mean that I myself recommend a bro split unless this is the only thing that the person REALLY enjoys doing and has already experimented with every possible split there is. Not only do higher frequency splits allow you to train a muscle group more often, it is also a way to start your workout’s fresher which = a greater chance to progress at your exercises. 👉🏽CONCLUSION: Both splits are effective, higher frequency has some more benefits, total training volume = still king and personal preference plays a important roll 👌🏼

🍨 1 scoop of whey isolate protein powder (pick your favourite flavour)
🍨 1/3 cup of frozen berries
Whip it all up and top with:

۱- ورزش هوازی (دوچرخه ، اسکی فضایی ، تردمیل و … ) 
۲- کار کردن با دمبل های ۱ تا ۲ کیلویی با تکرارهای بینهایت !!!😣👈اکثر خانم ها هیچ وقت طرف وزنه های سنگین نمیرن🤔 🤔تصور آنها و جامعه ی ناآگاه از سنگین کار کردن اینه که ممکنه اندامی مردانه پیدا کنن یا دارای اندامی فوق العاده عضلانی بشن !😏
👈عامل اصلی بزرگ شدن عضلات هورمون تستسترون است.
این هورمون به طور متوسط در آقایان ۲۰۰-۱۲۵۰ بوده و در خانمها ۱۵-۷۰ می باشد . همین طور که می بینین این ارقام اصلا با هم قابل مقایسه نیستن. 👈یک مرد با تستسترون ۲۰۰ بازهم به مراتب از یک خانم پر تستسترون مقدار تستسترون بیشتری داره و امکان نداره یک زن بتونه به صورت طبیعی به چنین اندامی برسه! مگر عده ای که از داروهای هورمونی استفاده کرده اند و به این اندام رسیده اند! در خیلی موارد حتی مردها هم نمیتوانند فقط با ورزش و تغذیه طبیعی به چنین اندامی برسند!

My first at home workout video!  This is a short video and an idea of what exercises I love doing, I’ll put the full video into my highlights! So I was very sceptical about posting this as I’ve never done something like this before. This is what I got up to this morning as I seriously couldn’t be bothered to head to the gym! These are some of my favourite exercises with NO equipment needed just floor space. I repeated this twice as I wanted a super quick cardio workout before starting my day!
