You don't need a lot of equipment or space to go a complete and efficient workout. 👊💥 ⁣

I always incorporate the physio ball in to my workouts. Even when training others of different fitness levels, the ball brings so many challenges to the core and stabilization. ⁣
⁣
⁣
You can increase the difficult of any exercise by removing one or more stabilozation point: the hips off the floor, one leg, one arm etc etc ⁣
⁣
⁣
For us gamers🎮, large mucles are not necessarily ⁣
the focus of our workouts, but core stabilization definitely should be. ⁣
⁣

HAPPY LONG WEEKEND! 🔥 I’m so proud of myself. I used to run 10K races at least 3 times a month 6 years ago. I moved to Canada I felt like I didn’t have the energy to even run 3K! .

Today I ran 8K and I wasn’t even feeling tired. My cardio just keeps getting better and I have so much energy since I started this journey. Can’t wait to continue improving 🥳

Creatine is a combination of amino acids. You get it in high protein foods like fish and meat, by supplementation or by producing it in your body after ingestion of the amino acids needed

Once it’s in your body (directly or by being made there) it will bind with a phosphate molecule and create Creatine Phosphate.
.
Your body uses ATP (Adenosine Tri Phosphate) to do pretty much everything. It uses carbs, protein and fat to create more ATP. When ATP is used, it loses a phosphate molecule and becomes ADP (Adenosine Diphosphate) - ADP isn’t really much use unless it can be converted back to ATP
.
When you’re doing a very intense, short duration exercise, your body begins getting its ATP from the Creatine Phosphate system. If you have a sufficient amount of creatine in your body, it will continue to donate phosphate molecules to regenerate ATP. This won’t go on forever and other (weaker) energy systems will take over but the added creatine can give you an extra rep or a bit more time under tension which, when accumulated over time, can result in added muscle mass, strength and power

Do you need to supplement with creatine? Absolutely not. But if you’re training for hypertrophy, strength or power, it should give you a boost 👍🏼

WHAT A DAY! 📸

Today I had the chance to do an amazing photoshoot with @benmarkphoto after winning his Instagram competition. To say a photoshoot is out of my comfort zone would be a huge understatement, but Ben couldn’t have been better at getting me to relax and have fun with it!

Going into the shoot I can’t lie and say I didn’t feel a little pressure to diet down a little. I felt that’s what people do for a “fitnessy” shoot (or what IG tells me people do 🤷‍♀️)

But then I decided screw it. May not have popping abs or bulging biceps but I got a 🍑 built from hip thrusts and some streaky fake tanned arms which I can rock for sure!

Finally Friday!!!!💥

I had the week from hell this week! 😅 Started off the week being super tired from a bachelorette and going to a concert last minute (so worth it), my pup had to have emergency surgery😭🐾, my car had to be taken in for service and they didn’t have a loaner (got one now because they still have my car🙄), the hard drive on my computer crashed (already behind on work from being out a couple days last week for the bachelorette🤦🏼‍♀️), and all of this meaning I ate out way more than I like cus I didn’t prep anything. But oh well life happens!! Still made it to the gym everyday because it is such a part of my routine now and I love the way it makes me feel!💪🏼 Starts my mornings off right! I was able to use it as my release and I had such good workouts this week amidst all of these things 🙌🏼

I have always been self conscious about my core. I would hide my stomach in photos and I would never publicly put it on display. I would compare myself to those who have rock-hard abs and I felt like I wanted to die of embarrassment because I wasn't even close to looking like that. 🚫

I finally had a WTF moment and I couldn't believe the pressure I was putting on myself. I was totally damaging my self-esteem and self-confidence, and over what? Unrealistic and unattainable images on social media? That's not true life for me. 😤

I take picture now and then and I look at my results and to this day I'm still amazed of how my body change for the better through hard work. I dont feel like a stick just walking around anymore because that is how I always felt when I was 95 lbs but now at 131lbs I am a stronger and a healthier woman and loving it. .

Montag bis Freitag preppst du deine Mahlzeiten, gehst in's Training, bleibst in deinem Kaloriendefizit und gibst Vollgas.🚀 Freitagabends geht's dann Essen mit den Mädels, Samstag wird die Nacht durchgefeiert - und Sonntag dann Chill Day, einfach mal nix tun... 😴
Gleichzeitig wunderst du dich aber, warum die Zahl auf der Waage nicht sinkt oder du im Training keine Fortschritte machst.❌

Die Gründe dafür könnten vielfältig sein: du isst Auswärts sehr viele Kalorien, trinkst Alkohol in großen Mengen, schläfst weniger, bewegst dich nach einer durchzechten Nacht weniger oder bekommst Heißhunger aufgrund des Schlafmangels. Außerdem leidet vielleicht dein Training... wenn es nicht sogar ganz ausfällt.🙃

We would only go to the city once a year to get our school uniforms. My first time seeing a big city was when I went to university. While stretching out after a training session, I asked a client what she had eaten so far that day. "This morning I had coffee and a bagel…". After some back and forth dialogue, I find out that she was not just referring to a black coffee with some cream/sugar, but to a calorie dense, sugar filled, whipped cream topped Starbucks drink. While there's nothing wrong with the occasional treat, there is a huge difference between a regular coffee and a fancy coffee shop drink.

☕️ A Grande Starbucks Frappuccino has roughly 360 calories and over 50g of sugar in it. Just this coffee drink alone could be almost 25% of her total calorie needs for the day. A habit that adds an extra 350+ daily calories could alone bring weight loss to a halt. The little things like your morning coffee or really do add up if you aren't careful.

Hi everyone! It's #FitnessProgressFriday!

My progress:

I am keeping up with an eating plan that I can stick with. I have been eating low carb meals while doing intermittent fasting, sometimes eating two different vegetables with my protein. As for my weight, I am still down 14.5 pounds but I haven't really been focused on the scale, just knowing that what I was did to lose those pounds, to keep doing it. 😀😀😀 I have started doing circuit training workouts, and I love it! I still love my cardio workouts such as walking and dancing, but something about circuit training really gets me motivated and pumping! My new workout plan will involve alternating between circuit training and walking/dancing. 💪💪💪 What is your #FitnessProgress?

WHATS UP HAPPY FRIDAYYYYY 🎉
Feeling good today! Woke up & crushed my lift- had arms & Delts today, got some extra steps in after & now working time. Looking forward to spending some time with Kyle tonight, ever since he started his full time job & we’ve been back in Wisconsin around family & friends we haven’t had a lot of time to spend just us- which has been a bit of a shock compared to Florida where we really mostly just had each other. So date night i am so looking forward to! ❤️💕 Were gonna make some dinner & maybe grab some ice cream & then go to Good Friday service at church 💒 i seriously can’t believe it’s already nearly Easter! Crazy. This year is going FAST.

(thats my school id in my phone case so nice try😉🤣)We so often deny ourselves of our own progression whether it be due to fear of not progressing, laziness or comfort in what you know isn’t working but know way too well. 🤔
I myself believed that I wasn’t made to lift heavy bc I didnt fit the scene *tough fit people lifting heavy AF by the heavy weights😳* and also because I had never done it before and didn’t wanna look a fool and drop a weight on my foot or something 🥴. •
Well I was wrong. I realized I was letting fear inhibit my fitness progression. I hate always working out using machines at the gym. I literally have like 2 staple machines and then all I use is free weights. So in that I was succumbing to the same weights and not lifting any heavier. I felt ‘safer’ on the side where the heaviest weights were dumbbells weighing 15lbs because there were mostly women on that side and people with less muscle. How crazy is that??? I feel so dumb thinking that I was comparing myself to other people in the gym to feel safe. There is NO ‘safe’ in the gym. You’re supposed to challenge yourself. Don’t ever let the gym intimidate you. Мужчины Айтишники, скорее всего 😀 ибо в 11 утра рабочий день вроде в самом разгаре
Ну и по ходу студенты второй смены )))

И все такие крутые!
Честно, по вечерам там зависают удмурты всех нерусских национальностей, которым дешевле купить абонемент в зал для бесплатного вифи, чем подписаться на пакет с безлимитным инетом 😂
Ходят селфи шпилят, возле тренажеров кучкуются, друг друга фотают...
.
А вот эти утренние они все деловые, но и видно что на результат работают.
.
И среди них появилась сегодня индуска. Оооочень КРУПНАЯ. Сначала по видеосвязи значит показала кому-то, что пришла в зал, заниматься. 
Стала на дорожку.
И идёт. Километра 4 в час. 
Думаю, ну разгонится ж наверное.
Пока я шла на эллипсе 20 минут она все так и шла потихонечку ))
А потом на велик села... под кинцо .
Я сразу вспомнила Дашу что меня в прошлом году тренила 😆 
Она б с этой индуски десять потов согнала.
Блин, да мне самой хотелось ей скорость увеличить хоть на пару км... 🤣
Что блин толку платить бабки за обычную ходьбу?! .
Хотя мож я не шарю, и это у неё был день кардио? 🙄🤣

A lot of people initially start working out to change their body. 💪🏼 There is nothing wrong with this as long as you’re approaching it with a positive mindset and not hating on your current self - because you can’t hate yourself happy. 🙅🏼‍♀️⁣

The interesting thing is, as you go along your fitness journey, you may find that over time it helps you to accept certain things about yourself more, or even change what your ideal body goal is. 👀⁣

I have had clients that had no interest whatsoever in building a muscular upper body, but as they got going they fell in love with the process and started to aim for goals they never thought they would. ⁣

There was definitely a time where I had zero wishes to be muscular and I just wanted to be tiny and skinny, but the lifting life took over and here I am! 💅🏻👸🏼⁣

Building muscle is awesome cause it’s like you have these little friends on your body protecting you and making you feel confident LOL. 💪🏼😎⁣

Sometimes I’ll be in a busy gym and I’ll feel a bit anxious because I don’t like busy places.🙈⁣
⁣
But then I’ll catch a glimpse of my pump in the mirror and I’ll be like, “oh yeah true, I have pretty decent muscles I guess I should feel more confident right now” and then I feel comforted by my muscles aka my friends 😂😂😂⁣

Working out ends up being so much more than just a thing that you do to lose weight. ⁣
⁣
It becomes an outlet to relieve stress. 😅⁣
⁣
It makes you feel badass, confident, and strong. 😈⁣
⁣
This confidence carries into other areas of your life. 👩🏼‍🔬👨🏼‍🔧👩🏼‍🚒👨🏼‍🚀👩🏼‍✈️⁣

Through that confidence you start to love the gym and lifting more and more, which can have you changing your goals and accepting certain things about yourself more. 💆🏼‍♀️⁣

Being strong and powerful has so many positive benefits for your mind and body, so I 10/10 recommend working on being strong and powerful!!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⁣
