I’ve always been pretty active and healthy, but last summer was a little out of hand. Too much of everything - food, drinks, trouble.
Came fall and a realization of major changes needing to be made came falling down on me. That’s where Barre Belle Studio appeared in my life. Sentimental nonsense aside - it is the best group workout any female can wish for.
If you work hard (you gotta show up at least 3 times a week) you will see results, FAST! And isn’t that what all of us need in order to stay the course and not quit?
The community is AMAZING. Badass girls who support, encourage and motivate each other.
The workouts are challenging, fast pace, literally can make you sweat buckets and nearly throw up. So you really know that you are doing something effective.
The instructors - beasts. Gorgeous, smart, tight, attentive, on top of every single person in class, always coming up with something new and challenging. I seriously love each and every one of them.
Music. I’m obsessed with good music for my workouts and somehow I loved every track of every class that I’ve been to. Keeps you pumped and going the entire class.
Many studios and classes during the day to accommodate any schedule.
Amazing for strength, cardio and flexibility. All of the above.
My ballet background is just LOVING it.
By the way, I’ve tried more than one studio and hands down Barre Belle is THE BEST in every aspect. So if you want sexy abs, tight booty, lean legs and arms - go barre!
