What are you willing to give up in order to achieve your goals?
There is only one reason you have not achieved what you want so far this year...
That reason is there will always be some cost for achieving what you want. No matter how small the achievement may be, or how big, there will be something that you will have to sacrifice.
Want to get abs, that means cutting out a lot of the foods that you like, or even organising your whole life around when you will eat.
Want to lift heavier, again, you may have to spend more time in the gym and less time with friends, family or your partner.
With every goal, there is a trade off that must happen. Otherwise, you will remain in this void where you keep "trying," but not "achieving." So what are your goals? And more importantly what are you willing to give up to achieve them?
