A day late, but I’m prepped for the week!
After a birthday/holiday weekend full of pizza, cake, and Easter basket chocolate, and even a soda (for the first time this year 😬) I’m craving cleaner food. .
I want to make one thing very clear- i do not live on kale and water. If i did, I’d be a lot closer to my goal, but a lot less pleasant to be around, lol. Yes, I’m following the 21 Day Fix container system, but no, not perfectly. I follow very closely, but i know me, and the more i deprive myself, the harder i fail. I want my occasional chocolate. I enjoy white, processed, horrible for me carbs every now and then. But i eat a ton of veggies, i prep a whole lotta healthy, clean meals, and water is all i drink (aside from this weekend) .
We’re all just doing our best. We’re all trying to find a healthy balance. A balance that keeps us moving closer to our goals but doesn’t make us resent them. .
So, to those of you that are doing 21DF containers 100% without fail and melting the fat, bloat, and pounds away, good for you! way to go, keep kicking ass! But for those of you like me, who are following it at an impressive (but not perfect) rate and dropping the weight a little slower- good for you! Keep working hard, you got this. - 10 minutes ago
