C’est naturel et ça met tellement de luminosité dans l’assiette 😍 je suis fan !! .
Pour ce petit bowl vitaminé, j’ai seulement mixé :
1/2 fruit du dragon tout rose 
1/2 banane 
200g de fromage blanc (au lait de soja pour moi)
Et en topping quelques rondelles de banane, 1/2 nectarine tranchée, 1/2 fruit de la passion, amandes effilées et noix de coco râpée !

N’est ce pas appétissant comme petit déjeuner !? Même les enfants apprécieront !

Sai um snack rápido ,fresco e nutritivo... Mini quiches de Frango🐓

Cozi 2 peitos de frango...
Depois de cozidos, desfiei na picadora...
Piquei também meia cebola meio pimento vermelho e 1/2 cenouras...
Por fim, piquei um pouco do queijo da ilha...
Misturei o frango, cebola, cenoura e pimento picado com folhas de espinafres...
Temperei com açafrão, pimenta preta e alho em pó...
Coloquei esta mistura em forminhas de silicone...
Na picadora, misturei 4 ovos,com 4 colheres de sopa de quark, sal e um pouco de fermento sem glúten...
Coloquei esta mistura também nas forminhas...
Polvilhei com queijo da ilha triturado, orégãos e ,no topo,meia azeitona...
Levei ao forno por por 30 minutos a 180 graus...
Fiz nas vésperas e,coloquei no frigorífico, e,no dia a seguir, foi desenformar, marmita com as mini quiches e praia com elas...⛱💦

⭐TORTA BANANAFIT⭐
Para este especial día del niño les traigo una receta riquísima para la merienda, mira que facil: 🔽2 bananas maduras 🔽1 huevo
🔽100 cc de leche descremada
🔽2 cucharadas soperas de mantequilla de maní
🔽4 cucharaditas tipo té de stevia
🔽100 gramos de harina integral
🔽50 gramos de avena 🔽3 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear
⭐PROCEDIMIENTO: 
1)Pisar las bananas y luego mezclar con todos los ingredientes en el orden que los escribí. 
2)Al horno por 20' o hasta pinchar con un palito y que salga limpio. Si! Así de fácil. 
3) Y OPCIÓNAL: Cortar la torta por la mitad o sea, dos capas y rellenar con relleno de chocotorta. ✨RELLENO CHOCOTORTA VERSIÓN SALUDABLE: 🔽3 cucharadas de dulce de leche sin azúcar 🔽3 cucharadas de queso untable descremado. 
Mezclar hasta tener una crema homogénea y listo.

Hrana ne treba da bude samo ukusna već i lijepa za oko, onda nam se sva čula probude i užitak bude još bolji 😊

Humus je, zahvaljujući leblebijama, odličan izvor proteina. Pravila sam ga po standardnom receptu. Skuvala sam oko 200 g leblebija, izmiksala, dodala kašiku maslinovog ulja, sok od limuna, kašiku tahinija, čen bijelog luka, so, biber i dodavala sam vodu u kojoj su kuvane leblebije dok nisam dobila željenu konzistenciju. Onda sam masu podijelila na 3 tri dijela. U jednu sam stavila malo kuvane cvekle, a u drugu pola crvene pečene paprike. Ako želite praviti humus samo od cvekle onda stavite jednu manju cveklu, a za humus od paprika, jednu veću crvenu pečenu papriku. Daće mu jednu novu notu ukusa i predivnu boju.

This is a prep I threw together last minute to make sure I was fueled for the week.  I was low on motivation and just wanted to get some meals prepped.  This hit the spot perfectly and after I did the prep I was so glad I did; now I am ready to take on the week!

Quick note on having a routine.  I meal prep on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday.  I spread out meal prep so I don’t get over burdened from doing it on one day and ensure I have a variety of fresh meals as well.  Keeping a routine like this helps keep me honest to meal prep.  Sometimes I have to deviate due to life, and that makes prep slightly harder.  If you keep a routine, it’s much easier to stay in line and keep your prep up to hit your goals.

Something about this recipe seems so savage mode !!! Beef Heart Bolognese. No recipe just yet. Tonight was purely experimental. Damn tasty. Out of all the organ meats Heart is probably my favorite. No iron taste like liver. Definitely a great fall or winter dish. Might save for the book. Who knows.

Gnocchetti alla sorrentina "fit"(stesso gusto) 😉 ma molto meno pesanti!! Ingredienti:
Gnocchetti di patate (io ho usato quelli con le patate di colfiorito che hanno valori straordinari, ovvero per 100 gr 24 gr di carbo -0 zuccheri- 2.6 di pro e solo 0,2 di sale)
Pomodoro San Marzano
Mozzarella light circa 50 gr (Fonduta light)
80 gr di parmigiano+acqua di conservazione della mozzarella+pizzico di maizena

1)Preparate il sugo (San Marzano+olio evo+gambi basilico+spicchio d'aglio)

2)Fonduta light leggerissima e senza grassi

portare a bollore l'acqua di mozzarella, aggiungere il parmigiano e lasciare in infusione.. (poi filtrare tutto-la parte solida rimarra' nel colino- 
infine addensare l'infuso con la maizena a fuoco medio) ne basta pochissima

Cuocere gli gnocchi,saltarli con un mestolo abbondante di sugo, aggiungere la mozzarella tagliata a dadini e infine servire aggiungendo sopra la fonduta di parmigiano (e qualche fogliolina di basilico extra)
