Yes, I can go on Pinterest and find some elaborate recipes, but I like to keep it simple most of the time with a meat, potato, and veggie kind of meal!
What’s on my plate tonight? ️ Elk chops, grilled potatoes/onions/peppers/tomatoes, beets, cucumbers with homemade avocado salsa, and mixed berries! My FAVORITE type of meal!
