How do you stay energetic? How do I boost my energy? 🏻♀️ .
Some people use pre workout to get explosive in the gym, I personally just take a cup of coffee. BUT.. how to get more energy outside of the gym? Coming from someone who was depressed and latargic for years.. I actually have a lot of tips that could help! Here's a couple things you can do; .
1. Get on a sleep schedule. Always try to sleep for 8-9 hours a night.. this is also very useful for muscle recovery, as that goes on in your sleep too. .
2. Eat a proper meal for breakfast! This is where food is most important, as you need enough nutritional value to carry you through the morning. Without it you'll feel fatigued a lot sooner. .
3. Drink enough water, this will also help you out with your energy, plus all the other benefits drinking enough water has! There's a LOT of reasons to drink enough water. .
4. Lastly; SING ALONG! Singing along with your favorite tunes releases energy.. why? Because it reduces stress hormones in your body and it gets you in a happy place emotionally! Try it out, doesn't matter whether you can sing or not... Just do it and enjoy! 🏻 - 19 days ago
