Over the last few weeks these are the three things I say to myself before doing any of my heavier lifts. The lifts which technique is hugely important and so is a positive mindset. I find if I say those these things the lifts feel easier. I don’t care what anyone says, if your in a positive mindset before lifting, it is MUCH easier than if your feeling down or negative.
