Well, at 55 I had put on a lot of weight. I had trouble even putting my socks on.
I had never worked out with weights before or had a personal trainer, but I knew running or other high-impact training was out of the question. I did not want to worry about joint pain down the road. I thought to myself- What’s the point of a good heart if the mechanical parts wear out?
So, I learned more about The Perfect Workout and it sounded like a completely new kind of experience!
It took me about three months to see the effects of the workout, but right away I felt so much better, and each time I worked out, I saw progress! I even cut out the chocolate, my coffee routine, and tried to cut down on the carbs and wine.
