Listen up ladies. To any of you who use ONLY the scale to determine your results with your health and fitness is totally nuts. This is absurd and archaic. Proper training with science will tell you there is so much more to being healthy than just using the scale.

Some of them include: Body MEASUREMENTS Body fat PERCENTAGE Overall Body Composition (NOT THE BMI) your JEANS don’t lie.

Depending on your body composition, with proper training and NUTRITION, most clients see a significant drop in their measurements while the scale remains the same. This is simply because of better food choices! Choosing healthier food can help with building muscle (which weighs more than fat), eliminate the chronic bloating (which translates to a smaller waist), increased energy, and a happier you! The scale should never speak your “love language”, instead a good ol’ fashioned picture will speak volumes to your eyes! And if that still isn’t enough, the added energy you will undoubtedly feel should bring the motivation you may have been lacking due to seeing that same BLASTED number on the stupid scale!
Ladies, the scale measured success back in the 1980’s. Let's leave the scale, constant starving, and hours of countless aerobics back in the 80’s. There is a better way. A healthier way.
