So this is Part 1 of my series to #roadtopullups !
TIP #1 : do some sort of a pulldown exercise, i would reccomend a reverse grip pulldown vs. lat pulldown since you will be able to build the strength in this exercise much faster than your lats alone. 🏼The theory behind this is, if you can pull down as much as your body weight, than technically you should be able to pull up your BW as well!
I’ve gotten alot of requests lately about training for a pullup and I get it! When i first started training, that was one of my main goals too. When i first joined a dept, all the guys were doing a pullup competition, and I wanted so badly to be able to atleast do one!
