How often do you say you 'should' do something? I should workout today
I should have a salad for lunch as I had pizza last night
I should stop spending so much money on clothes
I should eat breakfast, after all it's the most important meal of the day
I should get up early and make the most of the day.
In life there is nothing you should be doing apart from the things that make you genuinely happy and support how you want to feel IN THAT MOMENT!
Get present and start replacing the 'I should' with 'I could'.
I could workout today or I could rest
I could have a salad for lunch or I could see what else I fancy
I could stop spending money on clothes or I could carry on building this fab wardrobe that makes me happy
You catch much drift?
When you stop saying should you allow yourself to be free and live much for the moment and day you are in. You also give yourself permission to be 100% authentically you and there is defiantly noone else you should be
