February’s @beautyheroes box showcased a haircare line I was previously unfamiliar with, Tabitha James Kraan. With three full-sized products generously included, one could easily get a taste of the line and its efficacy through this month’s offerings. —-
Clean Shampoo in Amber Rose:
Aloe Vera is the first ingredient of this shampoo, and it is evident in the consistency of the product. I found the amber rose scent to be delightful, but did need quite a lot of product to adequately clean my thick mane. —-
Clean Conditioner in Amber Rose:
Though it is marketed as a “deep” or “rich” conditioner, I found it to be fairly lightweight for my needs, but again, pleasantly scented just as the shampoo is. I love that it is packaged in a tube, as this makes extracting the product from its container much easier. —-
Scented Hair Oil:
This was the winner product for me. Apart from its beautiful scent, I found it to be perfectly hydrating, without adding weight to the hair. My one gripe is the bottle; the spout constantly turns out of place, and it is difficult to dispense anything less than a full pump of product as a result. As the line gains popularity, I hope to see this oil packaged in a more suitable bottle.
Overall, I did like the line and will use the products up, but I feel the shampoo and conditioner are better suited for less thirsty hair. The ingredients of all three products are impressive and agreeable, so if you have more thin or fine hair, I would highly recommend giving Tabitha James Kraan a shot.
If you’re like me and have thick and dry tresses, consider adding the oil to your routine—it is lovely in both dry and wet hair! - 19 hours ago
