I did a stadium workout today instead of lifting weights & was so beat🤯
On my run home, my little brother was on his scooter at the stop light right ahead of me so I hopped on immediately. Pretty much a miracle bc I was beyond exhausted🥵

#Beansandgreens saves the day! My fave way to use the past-their-prime greens bought with more good intention than time: Olive oil, garlic, can o’ beans in sauté pan till garlic’s toasted. Add all the greens that aren’t slimey. Toss till wilty. Deglaze with one of our tonics (the heat kills the #probiotics, but is a great addition of acid & salt- I’ve been on a Mr. Garlic kick, but Tut is nice too!). Cut heat. Throw in other green things going south- the fresh herbs, that avocado getting mushy. Lil’ salt, lil’ pepper, lil’ citrus. Eat. •

💫 visszatérés... 💫
... a dolgos hétköznapokhoz. Kedd a rendelés napja, ma pedig az elmaradt adminisztráció volt porondon. Aki ismer tudja, hogy ez nem a kedvenc területem... 😌 .. nem csak szeretem dolgok vannak az életben ugyebár.
A sonkázások, kalácsozások után ideje volt visszatérni a jól bevált étkezési szokásokhoz, a #8020 erre a hónapra maximálisan ki lett használva és ez így is van jól. 🐰 A húsos étkezések újra visszaszorulnak, nekem ez esik jól, így vagyok energikusabb. Írtam is erről egy cikket, mármint a húsmentes napok hatásáról a @lilafuge -re, a bioba bemásoltam Nektek a linket, hogy megnézhessétek. 💕
Egyébként a képen megint egy #maradékmentés - humusz, retek, spárga, kovászos rozskenyér 🙏

Evening gang! Tonight thought I would share something a little sweet and something you guys asked about my quick “Nutella” and caramelised bananas 🍌 so good and hits all the sweet spots 🤪👇🏻
1tbs nut butter (hazelnut) 
1tsp cacao powder
2tsp maple syrup 
1 banana chopped up 
1tsp coconut oil 
Fry your banana in 1tsp of maple and coconut oil in a pan over medium heat, should take 5-7 minutes till they are golden and caramelised. For the “Nutella” add all ingredients together and mix with a spoon add a little water to thin it out to desired consistency. Load toast toast up!!

I love using sweet potatoes, zucchini, and chives, but feel free to experiment with other vegetables you have on hand. You can even turn them into patties and bake in the oven (400F for about 20 minutes) until crispy, if you don't have a waffle maker 🙌🏼

✔️Hydrate + mineralize with sparkling mineral water + a pinch of high quality sea salt

To make: English cucumber base, smear of Kite Hill Chive vegan Cream cheese, sandwiched with a slice of radish, and topped with dried dill weed, Himalayan salt, freshly ground blk pepper, and freshly grated lemon zest! Today I turned a bunch of cucumbers, herbs, and pepper scraps into my absolute new favorite condiment/salsa/snack/salad/whatever we want it to be. It’s spicy, tangy, yet refreshing. My clients will be enjoying it with grilled fish, but you’ll find me shoveling it with blue corn tortillas chips 😜

Making great meals doesn’t mean you have to stop at the market, waste time and let’s face it, sanity, by going to the market or several markets to get what you want and it doesn’t have to break the bank to get quality food.
This week I tried out 3 options 
Instacart- Whole Foods daily items
Butcher Box- High grade quality protein
Good Eggs- organic, fresh options, produce galore .
Instacart costs a bit more, it’s local, they range in drop off times but you don’t have to be home. They message you with changes and ranges of store options. .
Butcher box you can design your box based on points and it arrives secured with dry ice in a couple of days. The meat is fantastic and you get Big Bang for your buck. .
Good Eggs is super fresh, if they run out you’re not getting any so you know it’s fresh. Lots of healthy snacks and different options than the grocery store so the kids can try new things. Prices vary but I found them to be comparable to Whole Foods or better and FREE shipping over $60. And and! They pick up your empty boxes to reuse, they use only recyclable products and their produce bags are compostable 🙌🏼
Genius! 👍🏼👍🏼 for this girl who ❤️’s her planet .
Total spent on house of 4 was ultimately less than if I’d gone to the store myself and I saved the hassle and most importantly avoided the little hands dropping unnecessary treats into the cart that will end up on moms thighs later 😉

#leftover salad 🥗 
My resolution for 2019 is to reduce #foodwaste  I saw a billboard that 40% of food is wasted in the USA. I’m definitely guilty of unnecessary food waste. So trying to make meals out of leftovers before they go bad. This is 2 handfuls of arugula with leftover lentils and brown rice, leftover broccoli and leftover tahini dressing. Threw some seeds on top and called it #lunch

You basically mix everything together and throw it in the oven and boom 💥 •
Dinner is served ❤️

I like to switch out the meats and veggies. •
This time I chose red, yellow, and orange bell pepper, broccoli and butternut squash. •
And this time I went with chicken. But I absolutely LOVE turkey sausage in this recipe. •
Once the food is cooked I’ll split it up evenly into 4 Tupperware containers. •
The blend of spices in this recipe is DIVINE 😋
