These BABES are easily some of the prettiest balls I’ve ever made 🌸  I had a friend who requested 50 pink balls for a Breast Cancer Fundraiser, so I jumped at the chance to create something special to donate to them 👩🏼‍🍳 I’m sure these balls put smiles on faces and set taste buds on fire - with all that raspberry 💗

North eastern traditional dish LITTI CHOKHA.
Litti is ball of dough filled with sattu.
Sattu - add cumin seed, fennel seed, carom seed, mustard oil, chillies chopped, onion chopped, pickle mashed, salt, aamchur powder(Dry mango powder), lime juice(half lemon) mix them and add some water so that it can bind. Don't add too much of water.
For making outer dough. Take plain flour or wheat flour add water and make smooth dry consistency. 
Make ball of it and fill sattu mixture inside it and wrap it from top. No opening should be seen.
Make baigan ka bharta(brinjal and tomatoes grilled) and allo ka chokha(mashed boiled potatoes). Enjoy litti with them. And as we have rajasthani friend we made raita also . 2 weeks down, 6 to go. Thoughts so far on the #f45challenge with @F45_liverpoolst 🤔
Day 1 of the 2nd phase of the challenge starts today 👏🏼 Took this pic this morning, 2 weeks into the 8 week plan. 
1️⃣I’ve definitely not stuck to it 💯, weekends with friends have meant my food hasn’t been on brief, buuuuuut I’d say I’ve eaten on plan 10/14 days, and I can definitely see a difference 🙂 
2️⃣ I don’t miss alcohol at all! The initial socialising without booze is always a bit odd, but waking up daily with a clear head is just dreamy. It also definitely makes a HUGE difference to weight loss for me. 
3️⃣ I have so much energy. The first week was pretty killer, I got those sugar withdrawal headaches and felt pretty lethargic. Walking into week 3 I feel really energised 🤩
4️⃣ I CAN HAVE COFFEE TODAY! ☕️

Fancy a low calorie, tasty, healthy alternative to mashed potato? Have you tried cauliflower mash yet? It's so simple to put together and out of this world tasty!! 😍 
You will need...
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 vegetable stock cube made with 500ml water
40-50g garlic and herb cream cheese
Salt (to taste)

What to do....
Place the chopped cauliflower and vegetable stock in a large pan and simmer for 15-20 mins until cauliflower has softened. 
Drain the stock, keep this liquid as a tasty, warming drink!

Mash the cauliflower, add some salt and the cream cheese and mix together. 
Enjoy as part of your favourite meals....low fat bangers and mash is my favourite, what's yours?

My Paleo honey soy marinade is so easy and yum. And it takes no time to make! ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Ingredients⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
• 1 whole chicken ⁣⁣
• 2 tablespoons olive oil ⁣⁣
• 1 teaspoon natural minced garlic ⁣⁣
• 3 tablespoons tamari (gluten free soy) ⁣⁣
• 1 tablespoon honey ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Method ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. Split your chicken (watch a YouTube video) ⁣⁣
2. Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl or jar and stir well. ⁣⁣
3. Using a kitchen brush, cover the chicken with half your marinade. ⁣⁣
4. Cover chicken and sit in fridge for 3-4 hours. ⁣⁣
5. Preheat BBQ or oven to 200*c. ⁣⁣
6. Place chicken on rack bone side down and cook for 45m-1hr depending on the size. ⁣⁣
7. Cover your chicken with remaining marinade half way through the cooking process. ⁣⁣
8. Allow to rest. ⁣⁣

Today's dessert, Thai sweet cassava with coconut sauce topping. Simply delicious 😋😋😋
Ingredients:
500gr thai cassava
Enough water boil the cassava
250ml thick coconut milk
400gr white sugar
Pinch of Salt
1tsp corn starch

Methode:
Peel and cut tapioca into bite chunck size. In small pot add in enough water and cassava. Bring to boil and cook until cassava translucent and soft. Let it cool and put aside.
Boil the coconut milk, salt and sugar. Dilute the corn starch add into the boiling coconut milk, continue stirring until thicken.
Prepare the cassava on the serving plate, drizzle the coconut sauce over the cassave. Serve cold would be nicer.

🔹Echar el huevo en la taza y removerlo
🔹Añadir la harina de avena y remover
🔹Añadir la levadura y volver a remover

Swapped the mayonnaise for mashed avocado with my eggs this morning 👌🏼 and Iv got to say, it was pretty damn fine 😍🙌🏼 I eat good natural fat foods every day and I don’t gain unwanted body fat from this 😱

🌿Verduras al horno y pollo crunchi con copos de avena🌿
1️⃣Todo tipo de verduras asadas del batchcooking del domingo
2️⃣Solomillos de pollo cortados en trocitos y sazonados al gusto (yo use sal y especias marroquíes). En un cuenco bates un huevo y añades los trozos de pollo, después incorporas copos de avena al gusto (20-30gr) y lo remueves todo junto. En una sartén con una cucharada de AOVE doramos el pollo. 🧐Un consejo, para que los trozos de pollo se hagan por todos sus lados por igual yo utilizo la tapa para dar la vuelta a las tortillas, queda con si de verdad fuera tortilla, una vez que está hecho por ambos lados con ayuda de una espátula lo deshago en trozos😜

Well, all about those things like lines, balance, color theory, dark/light photography, I am still learning and improving, but I am very happy about my progress so far. GOOD MORNING smiley happy people 😁 Today is the first official day of half term and while my boys enjoy some extra 😴 and there's no school lunch boxes or panic to get out of the house for 8.30am🏃‍♀️🤪, I've managed to fit in an hour of leg weights and yoga already so I'm feeling good! 🕺 and my plan for the rest of the day is: to do my best impression of a sloth and move as little as possible as we have an extra special treat - a spa day ☺ I'll be moving leisurely from pool to jacuzzi to steam room to sauna to heated lounger and back round again and I'll be dreaming about if I won the lottery how I'd live like that every single day ..... 😅😅 Then I'll come home to a pile of washing and ironing and house to clean and be back to reality with a bump 🤪😅 nice to dream though don't you think...🤩 Have a really great day everyone and I hope the sun is shining! 🌞🌞🌞😘🤗 .

I swear this is the first time I've posted anything in like a week... New record for me😂 and sure I could blame it on school, and not having time. But to honest I just can't be bothered to make and try new recipes, let alone take photos of them..... so I just end up eating the same foods😐

One good thing I've been doing is making all of my lunches on Sunday for the week. Then all I have to do is chuck in snacks, and stuff for morning tea, and Im all set😊🙌

Breakfast deats: fresh necterine and louisa plum (I think anyway, this was from a while ago lol), yogurt mixed with vanilla and stevia, almond coconut puff muesli (recipe in my feed somewhere)
