It is also a fun and visually appealing way (IMO) to enjoy chocolate. Also who doesn’t like warm melted chocolate? Honestly who?

I LOVE melted chocolate and I love having fruit with chocolate, especially strawberries! The best thing is you can dip whatever you want into it, you don’t have to only stick to fruit.

How to make chocolate dipping sauce:

Ingredients 
35-40g chocolate of choice (broken into small pieces) 
2 tablespoons milk of choice
⠀ ⠀
Method 
1.Microwave milk of choice for 30 seconds, until simmering.
2.Remove from microwave and stir in chocolate until melted and smooth (the mixture may look quite thin at first, but just keep stirring, stirring, stirring 😋. It will come together!) ⠀
⠀
As you can see there isn’t much difference but what is different is the volume it provides and the time it will take you to eat it! You definitely won’t consume this mindlessly even if you haven’t mastered the principles behind intuitive eating!

This is a perfect way to indulge on a Friday night with friends and or family! Who doesn’t love a chocolate fondue?

Ok so I couldn’t wait to open this sucker up so this is why I’m posting a picture of the bottle already half gone 😬. ATTENTION all my #ketchup lovers... if you’re like me you believe refined processed sugar is enemy number one... ketchup is often made with a high content of processed refined sugars and high fructose corn syrup.. because of that, I thought I’d never truly be able to enjoy ketchup again.. in the words of my favourite Christmas character The Grinch...”Wrongooooo”. Sugestão de "bolo de chocolate" para o vosso lanche! Modéstia à parte, foi das minhas melhores invenções dos últimos tempos. É um bolo de frigideira recheado com uma ganache fingida de chocolate 😍😍😍
Para um bolinho vão precisar de:
•1 colher de sopa de farinha de linhaça •1 colher de sopa de farinha de aveia •1 colher de sopa de farinha de amêndoa •1 colher de sobremesa de Macarroba @iswariofficial •1 colher de café de fermento em pó •1 ovo
Misturar e levar a massa a frigideira a lume baixo até cozinhar de ambos os lados. 
Para o recheio, esmagar 1/2 banana pequena e juntar e um pouco de cacau cru  em pó (usei da @iswari) e misturar. Abrir o bolinho ao meio, rechear com o ganache e já está! Coloquei só um pouco de xarope de tâmaras no topo para "colar" as framboesas. O pequenote também teve direito a um e ficou super giro também 🤗

We complain that we have no time to fulfill the things that we claim to be crucial to the happiness of our lives. Because in 2019, time passes us by with each second we choose to replace alleged priority with empty procrastination. -

An old grandfather clock will confirm just how long a second, hour and day is with each haunting, remindful tick. Time is what we make of it. Ten seconds of joy is more meaningful than ten years of monotony. And 15 minutes spent supporting your nutritional aspiration is more meaningful than hours of despairing complaint at zero progress. -

Though in some exceptional cases it can be valid, to claim that mere minutes can not be spared to gain control of one’s diet is in most cases inexcusable. Meal preparing minutes can be spared each day, and in most cases, at no cost to one’s instagram scrolling, Netflix indulging or what’s app sexting marathons. -

Furthermore, if time is problematic, preparing multiple meals intermittently to save time at later dates is an opportunity which seems ignorant to ignore. -

Recreation and digital interaction may be precious to us, but so are our health aspirations. And, contrary to what we believe, we have an abundance of time to dedicate to the latter. We just need to choose to dedicate a small segment of our lives to it. Recipe:
-

1. Make a marinade by adding to a small bowl and mixing: 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of garlic purée, 1 tsp of ginger powder, 1 tsp of honey & 1 tsp of sesame/olive oil. -

2. Chop up 150g of chicken breast and add to bowl of Marinade. (Leave in fridge for 6-12 hours the day before for best results). -

Because in 2019, time passes us by with each second we choose to replace alleged priority with empty procrastination. - - An old grandfather clock will confirm just how long a second, hour and day is with each haunting, remindful tick. Time is what we make of it. Ten seconds of joy is more meaningful than ten years of monotony. Pooping - one of the few topics people don't wanna discuss on social media these days. But it's something that needs to be addressed all the same and yes - we all poop, it's nothing special.⠀

Many people when dieting, especially in low carb and flexible style diets, experience some constipation. It's nothing to be embarrassed about - you're just poopin less or it's more difficult to poop. Why? Well usually because you're not getting enough fibre. ⠀

Fibre is important - for plenty of reasons like lowering cholesterol, controlling blood sugar, helping you lose weight and it might even help you live longer. It also helps you to poop, both more easily and more regularly - which is great. Why are all these foods good for helping constipation? Because they are high in fibre!⠀

And a side note - every body is different. While we all do in fact poop, we don't all poop the same. Always remember to listen to your body and go with what feels best for you. Me personally, I'm a 2 poops a day kinda guy, pretty much on clockwork too. You, well maybe you're once a day in the evenings, or in the mornings. Everyone's different. I've seen some "coaches" claiming that if you're not pooping within 30 mins of waking up then something is wrong - nonsense - everyone is different so that rule can't be applied to everyone. Always focus on how your body feels, that's what's best for you.⠀

It is super easy to make with a heavy-duty blender.  I use the frozen dessert setting on my Vitamix.  You literally just throw everything into the container, turn it on, and push the ingredients into the blades with the tamper.  Then — voila — a delicious frozen treat in minutes!

If you’re feeling fancy, you can add in other fruits/veg & flavourings (frozen berries or mango, frozen cauliflower, nut butter, matcha, etc), protein powder, and/or healthy fats (frozen avocado is dreamy!) for a breakfast-worthy meal.  LOL I guess it kinda becomes a smoothiebowl at some point, but I’m not gonna argue semantics! 😆

Here I used @organikahealth BLUE MYLK LATTE powder which gets its beautiful blue hue from blue spirulina & blue matcha.  It also contains coconut milk powder, coconut sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper & ashwagandha.

Blue matcha comes from the Butterfly Pea Flower and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries.  It is caffeine-free and is believed to promote relaxation, enhance memory and help relieve stress.

For my boosted nice cream brekkie/snack/dessert for 2, I blended together:

3 frozen bananas + 2 Tbsp @organikahealth enhanced collagen relax (omit for vegan) + 2 Tbsp @organikahealth blue mylk latte powder + 1 Tbsp @pb.and.me powdered almond butter (omit for nut-free) + small amount coconut or other dairy-free milk to achieve desired consistency.

Chocolate for breakfast! How about a bowl of chocolate banana overnight oats to power up your Saturday? I have supplemented mine with chia seeds @chiabiaseed, pea protein @pulsinhq to boost up the nutrient content and then gone a bit crazy with the toppings: soft banana coins, fresh berries, crunchy cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds and zingy cacao coated goldenberries @naturesheartsuperfoods.
