🔥 GRILLED CHILLI LIME CHICKEN FAJITA SALAD

INGREDIENTS
Marinade/Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
100ml (just over ⅓ cup) freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon brown sugar
¾ teaspoon red chilli flakes (adjust to your preference of spice)
½ teaspoon ground Cumin
1 teaspoon salt
Salad:
4 chicken thigh fillets, skin removed (no bone)
½ yellow bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
½ red bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
½ an onion, sliced
5 cups Romaine (or cos) lettuce leaves, washed and dried
2 avocados, sliced
Extra cilantro leaves to garnish
Sour cream (optional) to serve

➡️➡️ Desliza. Aquí les comparto Esta receta que me han pedido mucho. Es un sándwich con “pan” de atún sin harina. A Esta versión le puse espinaca para darle un toque verde pero la pueden omitir. 
SÁNDWICH CON “PAN” DE ATÚN
✅ingredientes -100 gr de atún (puede ser 1 lata o sobre de atún súper escurrido)
-3 claras de huevo (o 2 claras y 1 huevo completo)
-un puñado de espinaca (opcional)
-complementos al gusto ( ajo en polvo, sal rosada, hierbas italianas, etc)
✅mezclas todos los ingredientes en una licuadora. Engrasas un molde apto para microondas y cocinas por aproximadamente 4 minutos o hasta que esté cocido totalmente. Pones en una parrilla o sandwichera para dorarlo un poco. 
Agregas lo que más te guste. Yo agregué calabacín asado + aguacate + Lechuga y tomate. No agregué alguna proteína extra como jamón o pollo porque el “pan” tiene lo necesario.

Cómo anda la pipooool??? Por acá reapareciendo un poco🙋🏽‍♀️que anduve un tantito desaparecida🙈👻 Miren.. acá les dejo lo que fue mi desayuno «Viernístico»🎉 Estos tremendos 🍐🥥WAFFLES de PERA, COCO & CANELA🍂🍐[gluten free] que no saben lo ricos que quedaron👌🏽
Dale, anotate esta RECETA🥄 que es una pavada🦃 simplemente hay que...
👉🏽Licuar/mixear/procesar:
•1 huevo y 1 clara
•¼ de pera en cubitos (con o sin cáscara)
•2 cucharadas harina de arroz integral
•½ cucharada harina de coco o coco rallado
•½ cucharadita de canela en polvo
•Chorrito esencia de vainilla
•1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
•Endulzante (usé 3 sobres de Stevia🌿)
•1 cucharadita semillas de chia (opcional)
👉🏽Pasar la mezcla a la wafflera precalentada y si no tenes, obvio que lo podes hacer tipo panquequitos o un mega panqueque en una sartén precalentada y previamente engrasada.
👉🏽Si lo haces en wafflera, dejar entre 5-6 minutos y listo. En sartén, colocar la mezcla y cuando se ven burbujitas en la superficie del panqueque, lo das vuelta, se cocina un toque más y listo👌🏽

MARYLAND CRAB CAKES with salad! Very easy to make! I take one egg, A LOT OF mustard, one tsp of mayo, some parsley flakes, Old Bay Seasoning to taste and mix it all together in a big bowl, then add 2 pounds of jumbo lump crab meat. Mix it again, trying not to break those big lump pieces, and make crab cakes, wrapping each one of them in the piece of plastic wrap, and put in the fridge for an hour or longer, so they will keep their shape. Then just unwrap them, put on the glass dish in the oven and broil on low until they look like they are ready! Makes 8 crab cakes, each one contains: 129 calories, 23.5g of protein, 3g of fat.  They go great with salad or some steamed vegetables. Hoy me me dicho, voy a ver qué tengo por la nevera... Y me he liado con restos. Total que he montado está ensalada de Chucrut de col lombarda, guisantes frescos, tomate secos en aceite, láminas de hinojo y de zanahoria y un poco de rúcula.
Lo he puesto encima de una cama de arroz integral. Y lo he acompañado de un tofu de sésamo de @natursoy que me ha dejado muy sorprendida! 
La vinagreta:
1 cucharada de tahini
Un buen chorro de AOVE
1 gotas de Lima
1 gotas de agua
1 chorrito de @yondu.spain

Seriously I ate all of these for breakfast and I don’t feel guilty at all! Actually, it was a pretty nutritious breakfast! ⁣⁣
Trying to be healthy + loving food is challenging sometimes. I would walk past a Dunkin and start drooling over their donuts. And I don’t only want one ... I want at least 5! ⁣⁣
Thanks to some dietary swaps and donut shaped baking mats ... I got my 5 donuts and I ate them too! 😋 ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🥕 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘴: ⁣⁣
2 medium sized grated carrots, 60g (1/2cup) chickpea flour + 1tsp xanthan gum, 45g vanilla protein powder, 1/4cup apple sauce, 30ml maple syrup, 75ml soy milk, some walnuts,1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and ginger. ⁣⁣
👩🏼‍🍳⁣⁣ 1. Mix the milk with the vinegar.⁣⁣ 2. Mix the dry ingredients together.⁣⁣ 3. Mix the wet ingredients together.⁣⁣ 4. Combine and mix the batter.⁣⁣ 5. Add walnuts. ⁣⁣ 6. Bake for about 25mins on 350F⁣⁣

Who has two thumbs and anticipated their experience with the BMV to suck?

Me (and probably you). But here’s the thing: It was GREAT. Everyone was so helpful and kind and fast AF.

And it got me thinking that on #nofilterfriday, I should talk about expectations.

Because we have a lot of them. We expect things to be hard. Or easy. Or great. Or awful.

And we spin ourselves into a state because of it. Either we get mad before the event happens. Or we get mad if things don’t get go our way.

- ผัดกระเทียมในกระทะจนหอม
- ใส่อกไก่ลงไปผัดจนสุก
- ใส่บร็อคโคลี่ตามลงไป
- ปรุงด้วยซอสพริกไทยดำ @litesauce.losesize ซึ่งหอมมากกกกค่ะ
- ผัดๆจนเข้ากันปิดเตา

INTEGRALNE ŠPAGETE SA JUNETINOM (sjajan obrok nakon treninga) 💪

Potrebno za 2 osobe:
✅400g junetine
✅ 2 ljubičasta luka
✅ 1 pakovanje integralnih #barillaspaghetti ✅ 1 #barillaarabiata sos
✅začini po želji ➡️Luk dinstati na vodi i dodati junetinu koju smo prethodno isekli na kockice ,malo bibera,sasvim malo soli,začin bez aditiva,peršun i origano, pa poklopiti uz povremeno dolevanje vode( pp ). Ostaviti da se krčka na srednje jakoj temperaturi  20min,dok meso ne omekša.
Zatim dodati #arabiatasos u izdinstano meso
i ostaviti još 10min na laganoj temperaturi.
Pp možete dodati i malo domaćeg sos paradajza,zavisno od tog kakav ukus volite. ➡️ U drugoj posudi obariti špagete, te ih servirati u tanjir i preliti junetinom i sosom. 🔴Ja testo slabo jedem,pa stavim 100g špageta, a junetine i sosa više oko 200g,sve je individualno i zavisi kako od pojedinca tako i od njegovog dnevnog kalorijskog unosa i jačine treninga.
