INGREDIENTS
6 slices bread
6 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 375° degrees and spray a muffin tin with olive oil spray
2. Cut crusts of sliced bread, then roll them out with a rolling pin until they’re flatted and thin. Lightly spray both sides of bread with olive oil. Cut each bread slice in half diagonally. 
3. With cut sides facing, place 2 bread halves in each of 6 muffin cups, making sure to cover bottom entirely and allowing bread corners to extend above rims.
4. Place cheese in the bottom of each bread crevice. Then, carefully crack an egg on top. Season with salt and pepper and bake in the preheated oven until the egg whites are set, and not jiggly, about 15-18minutes.
5. Remove the baked eggs from the muffin tin and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

•Primero, he hecho un salteado de verduras con cebolla, pimiento y brócoli (y también le hubiera añadido calabacín).🥦🌶
•Por otro lado, he dejado macerando un rato el pollo en salsa de soja. La que me he comprado es una especial para Wok (que nos es tan salada como la salsa de soja).
•A continuación, he salteado el pollo en la sartén hasta que se hiciera. He añadido un poco de la salsa para que fuera cogiendo más sabor.
•Luego he mezclado el pollo con la verdura, mientras se cocían los noodles.
•Por último, he mezclado los noodles con las verduras y he añadido un poco más de salsa. Lo he dejado calentar 2-3min y... ¡Listo para comer! 😋🍜

Now that I don’t have to do a upper/lower body split, I’m splitting five days of the week into two leg days, back, arms and chest/shoulders. Never focused this much on just back in one workout and today I’m really feeling the soreness on my back 🔥😎

So I originally found a recipe for Brussels sprouts salad on good ol’ Pinterest.. but I changed it up and created my own. They asked for raw Brussels & instead I cut the shaved sprouts into even smaller pieces and threw them on my grill with salt, pepper, olive oil & balsamic vinegar.🙃

BRUSSELS SALAD:
-1lb grilled Brussels
-1 whole lemon squeezed🍋
-1 cup raw almonds [chopped in food processor]
-6 pieces of bacon;baked until crispy then crumbled🥓
-3/4 cup pepper jack cheese (grated in small pieces)
-3/4 cup craisins (adjust to how sweet you want it👅)

I served my salad on the side of some fresh cod & salmon purchased from @wholefoods and marinated in minced ginger & coconut aminos. 🥥
Oh and of course I grilled some mini bell peppers as well because they are my fave!🌶

Snack action on this rainy afternoon! I’ve been lately obsessed with these whole grain waffles from a company called vans they’re so yummy and made from really great ingredients. You should be able to find them in the frozen section of your grocery store. -5 yufka.
-1 yumurta
-Yarım su bardağı süt
-Yarım su bardağı sıvıyağ
-Yarım kilo tel peyniri
Üzerine;
-1 yumurta
-1 şişe doğal maden suyu.
-1'er tatlı kaşığı susam ve çörekotu

Yapılışı: Bir kasede yumurta, süt ve sıvıyağı karıştıralım. Yufkaları iki keselim ve sosu kasikla üzerine gezdirip fırça yardımıyla yayalim. Yufkanın geniş kısmına tel peynirini dizip rulo yapalım ve yağladigimiz tepsinin orta kısmına gül böreği gibi yapıp koyalım daha sonraki tüm yufkalar için de aynı işlemi yapıp gül böreğinin etrafından dolandırarak tüm tepsiyi kaplayalım. Üzerine bir şişe maden suyunu gezdirelim. Buz dolabına alalım. Ertesi gün veya zamanınız yoksa 30 dk sonra yumurtayı üzerine sürelim susam ve çörekotu serpip kızarana kadar 200 derecede 40 dk. pişirelim ve sıcak sıcak tüketelim. Le plat retour en enfance typique de Nice!⁣

Pâte à beignet pour 10 fleurs de courgette : 🌼 1 œuf ⁣
🌼 80 g de farine ⁣
🌼 15 cl de lait ⁣
🌼 1 cuillère à café d’huile d’olive ⁣
🌼 du sel, du poivre, de la noix de muscade ⁣
🌼 du persil frais et de l’ail⁣

Il vous suffit ensuite de bien mélanger tous les ingrédients et d’y tremper les fleurs juste avant de les mette à frire ou pour une version plus light, dans la poêle. Personnellement, je retire le pistil qui, je trouve a une texture un peu spéciale.⁣
