Who said healthy is boring and expensive? I spent probably a combined 40,- NOK on this meal (4 euro/dollars approx). Although my portionsizing is smaller than most, to be fair. Garlic-baked scampi 🍤 with salad and whole grain rice with vegetables. Rema 1000 has a great rice/vegetable mix in their freezer that’s really cheap. 🍔"But I've been in a caloric deficit for months now and still haven't lost weight."

🍔By definition, if you're not losing we're you're not in a caloric deficit. You might think you're in a caloric deficit, but you're not. Being in a caloric deficit isn't some secret diet. It's simply eating less than your body expends. Eating less calories than your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) consistently.

🍔And it's not a one time thing. You're not going to lose a couple of kilos by being in a caloric deficit today, and no more tomorrow. It takes time. A lot of time, and a lot of consistency.

🍔You can do any type of exercise you wish however often you wish. You can eat whatever you want whenever you want. But to lose weight, you need to be in a caloric deficit.

🍔How do you start?

🍔Awareness. I suggest starting by being more aware of the foods you're eating on a daily basis. Write down every single thing you eat & drink on a daily basis for the next 30 days. From there you can see where you can make little tweaks. To eat a little bit less.

🍔You absolutely do not need to demonize any foods, give up your favorite foods, or run 2 hours a day. The best routine is one that you can keep up with as consistently as possible.

For the chicken⠀
4 chicken breasts⠀
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional⠀
1 teaspoon paprika optional⠀
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder⠀
1 teaspoon salt⠀
1/2 teaspoon black pepper⠀
1 tablespoon olive oil⠀
For the filling⠀
2 cups broccoli florets⠀
1/4 cup bell pepper minced⠀
1/2 cup cheddar cheese or melting cheese of choice⠀
4 ounces cream cheese softened⠀
¼ cup grated Parmesan⠀
2 cloves garlic minced⠀
salt and pepper⠀
⠀
DIRECTIONS⠀
To steam broccoli: Chop the broccoli florets into small pieces. Put all the broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl and about 2 tablespoons water. add water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, steam on stove-top or blanch in boiling water for 1 minutes. Use a sharp knife to slice each chicken breasts horizontally to form a pocket. Be sure not stop cutting about 1/2 inch from the ends and sides. Season chicken breasts with a generous sprinkle of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. ⠀
In a large bowl, combine the steam and chopped broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, cheeses and salt & Pepper; set aside. Spoon the mixture into each chicken breast evenly. Secure with toothpicks if needed. ⠀
Preheat oven to 400F. Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a large cast iron or oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden. Cover with aluminum foil and transfer to preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. ⠀

Esta es una buena opción para el desayuno; ya que a parte de ser bueno para nuestro cuerpo es súper rápido y fácil de hacer! Lo único que se tiene que hacer es poner 1 taza de agua o leche (yo le pongo SBELT 0% GRASA de Laive) en una olla ; y cuando este ya esté burbujeando echarle 1/2 taza de avena, canela al gusto y estar moviendo la mezcla. El azúcar no es algo necesario ,ya que lo puedes añadir de forma natural con las frutas ! Pero si es que no, puedes ponerle stevia o azúcar al gusto. 
Para finalizar, lo sirves en un bowl y lo complementas con las frutas que desees y/o almendras ! 🌟
