Motivation is not about wanting to do the work. It's about wanting something bad enough to make it happen.
This is a photo of me from around 6am this morning, immediately after my workout. Despite the fact that I've brightened the picture, you can still see those big dark circles right under my eyes. 👁️👁️
I'm TIRED 😴
You see, I'm not motivated to wake up and immediately workout. It's not easy! But I do want to feel healthy, have more energy, and maybe loose a few extra pounds. So I make it a priority and get it done first thing. .
On days when I don't feel like doing the work, I remind myself it's only 25 minutes, and at least I don't have to drive anywhere #homeworkoutvideos
