Super fun Saturday workout! If you don't use dumbells often they can be extremely awkward! I try to mix them in at least once a week. They help expose muscular imbalances as well as develop healthy shoulders because the range of motion isn't limited like with a barbell. Also if you haven't done devil presses before you're in for a real treat! .

RENEGADE ROWS 👊🏼

Renegade rows are a fun, challenging exercise for your core and upper body. Give them a try in your next workout 👇🏼
•
1️⃣ Grab a pair of dumbbells, ideally with flat edges for stability
2️⃣ Get a neutral grip with the dumbbells directly underneath your shoulders
3️⃣ Get into a push up position with your feet around shoulder width
4️⃣ Row the dumbbell to your side and balance on the other arm
5️⃣ Control it back down and repeat on the other side
🔥 Repeat for 8-12 reps each side and 3-4 sets
❌ Avoid rotating your body when pulling the dumbbell up
