Look, you CAN get big and muscular IF YOU EAT FOR IT.. meaning, if you eat big, you get big!
BUT, if you eat for toning your body, maintaining your calorie amount or even getting into a small deficit, your body will burn your excess fat and grow muscle, which then will tone up your body!!! Getting big and bulky has nothing to do with ONLY moving weights, NUTRITION PLAYS A BIG ROLE! ...HENCE I'M THICK!!!
