💥SHOULDER WORKOUT💥

Hey what’s up hellooooo and happy Tuesday! Today is the second day of my new job and I’m honestly so happy. My goal this week is to prioritize my sleep and I made a commitment to not set an alarm to wake up at all this week so my body could get however much sleep it needed. For my previous job, I usually woke up at 5am to be at work by 6 and my body is still used to that schedule. I naturally wake up before 6 or around there, but I was able to go back to sleep this morning. I slept in a little later than I planned but oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️

On that Pic- that’s my happy face - haha 😁😅- and -obviously, it makes it a lot easier to keep your workout routine if you enjoy every minute of it. Who wouldn’t prefer loving their workout and thinking it’s fun all the time?

Brushing your teeth isn’t especially fun but you do it because you know it’s necessary.🤷🏼‍♀️
.
Training isn’t always going to be fun but it’s absolutely necessary – if you want your body to keep working well and be ready and able when you want to use it to do things that ARE fun 😃
.
For sure you should line up as many things as possible to make things fun, like:
.
If you absolutely hate your gym environment, then find one you like! 💛
.
If you hate all gyms -period- then suck it up and do the work!🤭💪🏼
.
If you hate your workout program or what you’re doing, then find one you can get excited about! 😃 🎉 .
I don‘t always enjoy the process of lifting, exercising or working out.  Maybe when it’s going really well or I’m knocking down a PR. But most of it is just work that needs to get done!

I do it because:
 I like the investment in my physique and health, and most importantly I like the way my body functions as a result! 🙌🏼

Sometimes training is going to be fun, sometimes it’s not. You can either accept this and do what is necessary, or you can keep chasing entertainment

I wanted to post this, I guess to remind myself to never quit.

After MANY attempts and falls, I was tired, frustrated and going to call it quits there (head down sulking 😅). But something was telling me to just keep going, so I did.. You see then how happy I am when I managed to get a hold straight after! (Wait for it)

I’ve noticed this a lot more with my workouts/practices. The moment I’m ready to quit but pull through, is the moment I pull off the best result.

When you’re tired, frustrated, fed up, that is NOT the reason to quit.. When you’ve got a result you’re happy with or pushed yourself to your full potential, only then can it be acceptable to ‘quit’.. Until the next time of course! 😁💪🏼

I can’t describe exactly how I’m feeling and what’s been happening but I finally have this feeling like everything’s working out exactly how it needs too. 
The last month and a half has been challenging to say the least, but somewhere I needed to be pushed. People assume you’re okay when you’re brave enough to keep functioning. Sometimes functioning is hard, those of you that know will know.
