No hitting the snooze button or sleeping in, attack the day by starting it with this small victory. Then, do what your mom always nagged you to do, make your bed! These two simple actions can have a profound impact on how you conduct the rest of your day. From the first moment you woke up, you chose to be a person that sets goals, follows through on commitments and completes tasks. That will carry over into the rest of your day and actions.
