This is such a simple recipe with or without the seafood...
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸณIngredients: into a frying pan in this order:
๐ŸŒฑOlive oil, white onions, tomatoes, asparagus, crushed garlic, chilli flakes or fresh & sliced, fresh parsley, optional sardines either freshly caught or tinned (in oil)
Cook for 5-8 mins, add to cooked spaghetti, Parmesan optional ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ

More often than not I make a version of this pasta dish when I get back from a trip that involved getting on an airplane.  Itโ€™s basically whatever pasta is on hand, basic tomato sauce (in this case a batch I made last week based on the famed Marcella Hazan recipe), roasted vegetables (those vary depending on what is in the fridge) and a bit of parmigiano reggiano.  Itโ€™s light but comforting and the best part is that I can pull this together in 30 minutes.

PANDAN CHIFFON CAKE

Bahan A :
7 Butir Kuning Telur
120 ml Santan Instan
80 gr Minyakย 
140 gr Tepung Protein Sedang
1 sdm pasta pandan 
Bahan B :
7 Butir Putih Telur
140 gr Gula Pasir
1/2 sdt Cream of Tar2
1/4 sdt Garam halus
Cara Membuat :
1. Bahan A: Kocok lepas Kuning telur pake whisk sekitar 1 menit ,masukkan santan,minyak dan lalu aduk rata
2. Kemudian masukkan Tepung dan organic pandan yg sudah diayak sebelumnya. aduk rata kembali, sisihkan.
3. Bahan B : Mixer putel+cream of tartar ,garam sampe mulai berbusa,masukkan gula 3x bertahap sampe mengembang stiff peak.
4. Masukkan kocokan putel bertahap ke pasta terigu menggunakan SPATULA dengan teknik aduk lipat supaya ndak turun adonannya.
5. Tuang dalam loyang siffon tanpa dioles dan tanpa dialasi kertas

6. Jika ingin membuat Crack/terbelah bagian atas kue, Oven suhu 160 derajat sampai kue nya naik/kurleb di antara menit ke 15 (atas kue nya sdh berkulit ya, lalu keluarkan kue dan potong / iris bagian atas kue sesuai bentuk garis yg di inginkan. Lalu masukkan kembali kue ke dalam Oven). Panggang dgn suhu diturunkan menjadi 150 derajat Celcius selama 40 menit/hingga matang. (Kembali lagi ke suhu oven masing-masing ya) total oven dr awal sampai matang kira-kira  55/60 menit
Pakai api atas bawah dari awal sampai matang tanpa Fan
7. Setelah matang, keluarkan kue dari oven dan hentakkan sekali lalu tangkupkan/balikkan loyang nya dan keluarkan kue setelah suhu ruang

Onion Ring Saus Keju ala Chef @mega.lestary, bakal jadi camilan favorit nih! .
Bahan:
2 bawang bombai
150 gr tepung terigu
1 sdt baking powder
1 sdt garam
1 sdt cabai bubuk
1 butir telur
100 ml susu cair
150 gr tepung roti
300 ml minyak goreng
.
Bahan saus:
3 sdm mentega
5 sdm tepung terigu
300 ml susu cair
100 gr keju cheedar
70 gr mozzarella
1 sdt garam
1 sdt merica
.
Cara:
1. Bawang bombai dipotong-potong
2. Sementara itu, siapkan wadah; campurkan tepung terigu, baking powder, garam, cabai bubuk dan aduk rata dan masukan bombai sampai bombai terbalur tepung.
3. Sisihkan bombai, dan masukan telur dan susu ke campuran tepung, aduk dan celupkan bombai kembali.
4. Balur bombai dengan tepung roti dan Goreng dengan minyak hingga coklat ke emasan.
5. Untuk bahan saus, panaskan bahan hingga keju meleleh.
6. Siap dihidangkan untuk snackmu!

hi hope youโ€™re all having a wonderful summer just poppin in to give you this super duper dinner recipe i just crafted up๐Ÿ˜‹!!
i just sautรฉed some cauli gnocchi in garlic ghee and tossed it with my spinach, kale, and pistachio pesto๐ŸŒฑ (but subbed the kale for arugula)- the recipe for that is up on the blog!! one of my favoritesโ˜บ๏ธ!! and then i did baked cod with sundried tomato sauce, which turned out ๐Ÿ’ฏ! ill post the recipe for the sauce below, the cod i just baked for 15 mins at 400 degrees after i coated it in the sauce!! such an easy and fun summer meal!! highly reccomend๐Ÿ’—!! topped with sautรฉed spinach and yellow cherry tomatoes because i ๐Ÿ’œ veggies!!
sundried tomato sauce๐Ÿ… recipe๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป
-1 cup sundried tomatoes
-3/4 cup diced yellow cherry tomatoes
-3 cloves garlic
-1/2 cup of diced onion
-1/2 cup of red wine
-1 tbsp of avocado or olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste
sautรฉ garlic and onions in oil until translucent. add in sundried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes and cook until caramelized. deglaze with red wine, cook for another minute or two, until alcohol is cooked out. add in salt and pepper as needed. add everything to the food processor, and blend until smooth. enjoy !

A classic Chinese dish if ever there was one, thisย san choi baoย is low in fat and big in flavour, it's always a favourite at dinner time!! INGREDIENTS
2 tbs peanut or sunflower oil
1โ„2 bunch spring onions, white and light green finely chopped, dark green sliced at an angle
1 carrot, finely grated
2 tbs massaman curry paste
2 tbs kecap manis, plus extra to drizzle
500g pork mince
Juice of 1 lime, plus extra wedges to serve
1โ„2 bunch Thai basil, leaves picked
1 little gem lettuce, leaves separated
Sliced red chilli and crispy onion to serve

METHOD
1 Heat oil in a wok over a high heat, add white and light green spring onion and cook for 1 minute, then add the carrot and cook a further 2-3 minutes until softened.

2. Add the curry paste, kecap manis and pork mince and cook, tossing for 5-6 minutes until fragrant and combined.

3. Add the lime juice, half the Thai basil and 1โ„2 cup (125ml) water and cook for a further 5-6 minutes until all liquid has evaporated and pork is caramelised.

4. Serve in lettuce cups topped with extra basil, chilli, crispy onion, spring onion greens, and drizzle with extra kecap manis.

Resep Ice Cream Mochi

Bahan:
50 gr Tepung beras ketan
100 gr Gula
100 gr Air
1 sdm Pasta strawberry
3 sdm Tepung maizena (untuk taburan untuk giling)
Ice cream
.
Cara:
1. Siapkan beberapa sendok es krim kemudian masukan kedalam freezer.
2. Rebus air, gula, pasta strawberry dan tepung beras sampai teksturnya berubah menjadi lengket dan mengkilap.
3. Taburkan tepung diloyang kemudian pipihkan adonan mochi di atasnya.
4. Tempatkan adonan keatas bowl, kemudian taruh es krim di dalamnya.
5. Simpan dalam kulkas 30 menit.
6. Sajikan.

The kitchen planning continues over here, as does trying to use as many ingredients I possibly can from my cupboards and fridge before the work in the kitchen commences (see my kitchen reno highlight in my stories if you missed it). This evening I took the boys to a soft play party, whilst my wonderful husb @marno_art finished taking the ceiling down. I threw this incredibly delicious meal together when I got home, making use of a lovely variety of food sources. I wasnt sure about using sweet chilli sauce on the halloumi in this recipe since I was making a dressing with ingredients I wasnt sure would go, but I was requested sweet chilli halloumi and I can confirm it went perfectly with the flavours of the dressing โ˜บ๏ธ Here's what I did ๐Ÿ‘‡
For 2 adults
Bring 200g brown rice to the boil and simmer until cooked.
Meanwhile, halve a pomegranate and remove seeds to a large bowl. Throw in a generous handful of currants; a tin of drained and rinsed kidney beans; and one sweet pointed red pepper, sliced. Add a lug of olive oil and a large splash of red wine vinegar, a shake of sumac and smoked paprika, and toast some cumin seeds and throw them into the mix. Combine with a wooden spoon then add half a bag of watercress. Set aside. 
When the rice is nearly ready, slice a block of halloumi into 8, add a small splash of olive oil to a frying pan on a medium-high heat, pop in the halloumi and fry each side until golden. Add a good dollop of sweet chilli sauce and reduce until sticky.
Put the cooked rice in the bowl with the watercress etc, season, and toss together; the hot rice will wilt the watercress. 
Serve into two pasta bowls and top each with some halloumi ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Dinner tonight is wholewheat spaghetti, beef bolognese sauce, and a tenderstem broccoli gratin.

To make the gratin I steamed the broccoli, then just popped it in the oven with a little butter, a heap of grated cheese, and a sprinkling of breadcrumbs. I cooked it until the cheese was melted.
