✓Modo de preparo.
Reserve o fermento.

In grade 3, my math teacher literally ripped apart my copybook as she was correcting my problem solving quiz. She told me I would never be able to figure things out in life and how frustrated she was that I kept getting the answer wrong. 
Every year in middle school and high school, I was a year behind in math because I kept failing.

At 18, I failed my drivers license 3 times. I couldn’t figure out how to parallel park and it kept causing me to not get my license. The instructor then told me on my third try that I’ll just never be able to go shopping bc I can’t park.

At age 20, I had a boyfriend who told me that I was horrible with managing my money and that I will not amount to much and always rely on him for provision. 
At age 32, today.... Ive proven wrong every single person who told me “I cant”. It’s why I will FOREVER fiercely believe in people. It’s why I will never get frustrated with those I mentor. It’s why I’ll always run alongside someone who wants more for their life and is trying. I know what it’s like to be given up on- and for the rest of my life, I’ll believe in people who want more.

It’s not hard to eat “healthy” 😬 truly its not once you know what’s good, what’s bad and self control. Not counting my macros not dieting. JUST EATING NUTRITIOUSLY DENSED FOODS. A lot of fucking fruit whatever fruit I want I’ll have. Absolutely ridiculous if you think other wise, that shits healthy and delicious along with beans, vegetable soups and salads. Shits not even wack if you eat salads bro why do people make yucky faces at salads ? They’re scrumptious if you know how to make them. I really enjoy cooking so finding recipes and putting things together to make them taste well is not a problem for me! This week I made veggie pasta w marinara sauce and ground lean turkey. Simple and I’m content, I notice when I go out a lot and I eat higher sodium foods or high sugary foods consistently I genuinely feel like shit like deadass my tummy hates me, I’m bloated, I’m slow, I’m grumpy. Gotta eat got to feel good right? Lemme be honest tho 😗 I’ve been eating a little too many cookies the last couple days and I’m slightly bloated because I’ve also had pizza and burgers (yes I indulge I ain’t perfect and never claim to be) life’s short so I’ll have my cookies and shit. However I don’t do that often  and for long I’ll have em as a lil treat bc I know if I continue the yucky food binge I’ll be sad and eating healthy makes me happy and makes me feel well :) this video was as couple weeks ago when I was niiceee and tiiighhhtty. That’s all clean eating and shit load of water & consistency at the gym. Some clean eating light cardio and more water intake and I’ll be back to normal. Ingredients
1 and 1/4 pounds of medium to large shrimp peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons olive oil
14 ounce can of tomatoes undrained, crushed
2 teaspoons garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
salt and pepper to taste
3 zucchini spiralized into noodles
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
1/3 cup kalamata olives halved
Optional garnishes: chopped parsley and lemon wedges
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until just starting to turn pink.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds more. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the crushed tomatoes and oregano and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is bubbling Add more salt and pepper to taste if needed.
Heat another pan over medium-high heat and add the zucchini noodles. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally until noodles have just started to soften, 3-4 minutes.

To serve, divide the zucchini noodles between 4 bowls. Spoon the shrimp and tomato mixture evenly over the bowls and top with feta cheese and olives. Serve, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges if desired.

What is your favorite summer meal? For me, it is a cheeseburger on the grill accompanied with the perfect bun! Topped maybe with a little bacon and BBQ sauce!!! My mouth is starting to water! I have a secret to tell you! And I’m actually going to tell you to spread the word and the love because nobody should be cutting out what they enjoy! 

If you are dieting, you do NOT need to eliminate foods you like! Read that again! You can eat a BUN with your burger! Read that again too!
