▪️ 230 ml su
▪️ 1 paket instant maya
▪️ 1/2 çay kaşığı bal
▪️ 330 gram tam buğday un
▪️ 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz

▶️ Hazırlanışı
1- Bir tavada minik doğranmış sarımsak, biberiye, kekik, karabiber ve zeytinyağını kısık ateşte kavurun. Ocaktan alıp soğumaya bırakın. 
2- Hamur karıştırma kabında ılık su, maya ve balı birleştirip, karıştırın. 5 dakika bekletin. 
3- Maya karışımına 1 su bardağı un ve soğumuş biberiyeli zeytinyağı karışımının dörtte birini ekleyin. Karıştırıp 5 dakika daha bekleyin. 
4- Kalan un ve tuzu karıştırın. Un eklediğimiz mayalı karışıma yavaş yavaş yoğurarak ekleyin. Hamur pürüzsüz olana kadar yoğurun. Hamuru yağlanmış bir kaseye alın ve üstü örtülü bir şekilde 1 saat mayalanmaya bırakın. 
5- Kalan zeytinyağı karışımından 3-4 kaşık alıp fırın tepsisini yağlayın. Üzerine mayalanmış hamuru alın. Parmaklarınızla bastırarak tepsiye hamuru yayın. Kalan zeytinyağını hamurun üzerine gezdirin. Önceden ısıtılmış fırında 180 derecede 25-30 dakika kadar (üzeri kuşatamaz kadar) pişirin. Servise hazır. ✨Afiyet olsun!👩‍🍳

Une vieille baguette qui traine? Quelques poireaux? Une idée de repas!

🌿On fait revenir les poireaux avec un peu d'huile d'olive. Pendant ce temps on fait fondre un petit morceau de Maroilles ou de Roquefort dans une casserole avec un peu de lait pour ne pas que cela accroche. Lorsque les poireaux ont bien réduit, on les incorpore au fromage. Il ne reste plus qu'à tartiner une demi-baguette de ce mélange poireaux-fromage, d'ajouter un peu d'emmental râpé et hop au four 10min à 180 degrés.🌿

Härlig och jätte god zucchini massage till middag idag. Och den var jätte mättande.

Till en gratängform behövs:
2 små gula lökar
700g fläskfärs
2 vitlöksklyftor 
1 burk krossad grön chili
2.5 dl tomatpuré 
1 zucchini 
3 dl grädde
150g riven ost
.
1. Finhacka både vit och gul lök, fräs detta tillsammans med den gröna krossade chilin.
2. Skölj och hyvla zucchini med osthyvel.
3. Bryn köttfärsen tillsammans med löken, krydda med chilipulver,  paprikapulver, kayenpeppar, svartpeppar och salt efter behag. När färsen är genomstekt häll på tomatpurén. 
4. Häll grädden och den rivna osten i en kastrull och låt koka upp under omrörning, låt sjuda, INTE koka för då skär den sej.
5. Varva köttfärs, sås och zucchiniplattor om vart annat.
6. Strö lite riven ost på toppen och in i ugnen på 200°c i ca 15 min. Servera med en god sallad.

Ce matin, encore un produit bien de chez nous à l’honneur : la farine de manioc #produitpeyi de #mariegalante 
Pour faire ce porridge de #manioc, j’ai fait bouillir tout en remuant : 250 ml de lait, 15 g de farine de manioc et 1 c à café de miel de #mariegalante.
Ensuite quand la préparation a eu une consistance de crème, j ai retiré du feu tout en remuant.
Ensuite vs pouvez rajouter les toppings de votre choix, pour moi c’etait une demi 🍌 et 4 carrés de 🍫 au lait.
