"No Pain, No Gain" ☠️
This is the biggest B.S perpetuated in the hardcore lifting community. During my last training cycle I realized my body was breaking down more than than required, tight hips, slight knee & shoulder pain, improper form, and feeling drained out all the time. Although I was getting stronger, I knew if I continued this path, I'd end up with an Injury. So, I took one week off, not even a de-load week, just 7 days of no lifting, and just mobility work. Started back from this Monday, all joints working well, form has actually improved, and no drop in Strength. Hence, here's the new moto to swear by:
" No Pain, Know Gain" 🏻️
