I’d certainly rather be out crushing a social feed and a lubricant or two but when all others are busy, i do my best to use my time productively (or is it reproductively judging off of that belly 😯🤰🏼 Seriously though. I believe a lot of people misunderstand the purpose of a belt, which is to create intra-abdominal pressure and through that, stability through your torso.
To do this, take a decent breathe deep in to your stomach and with the air held in, focus on applying pressure outwards through your stomach and obliques. Envision you’re almost trying to ‘pop’ the belt off using the pressure you’ve created within your mid section.
And thats all folks. Rinse and repeat, holding the air in through the rep and refilling ‘at the top’ if you need to.
