Occasional anxiety is normal, but it's when worries are occuring everyday and they stop someone from participating in and enjoying life, is when some help is needed. It takes time to develop the skills to manage anxiety and like with anything, there are plenty of mistakes along the way, but it is comforting when someone is there to help them along the way.
