Day 4 of no exercise and I’m seriously getting depressed about the fact that I cannot exercise right now. It’s been 6+ months since I’ve taken a break from working out, which was during our honeymoon and that was by choice. I know I’ve said it time and time again, but exercise is such an important part of my mental strength. Any stress, anxiety, fear or emotions I feel on any given day is pretty much released when I workout. Without this in my life I’m on the struggle bus.
The good news is my nutrition has been on point and I actually think I’ll be able to walk on the treadmill tomorrow ! No matter where you are in your journey just remember to take it one day at a time. - 8 days ago
