"Fake it till you make it" 😎
One of my favorite sayings. Something that I hold onto in moments of insecurity and self doubt.
Standing fierce, confident, proud in this #dancerpose , in a moment I wasn't even close to any of those feelings. But when you want something, when there is fire and passion and an enormous desire, everything is possible!
It's all about the will. And then just one foot in front of the other. One breath and then another. Yoga, and poses like these , did help me in a journey to find out how to stand strong, be more balanced, and open my heart.

Dancerspose, or Natarajasana, has many benefits such as overall muscle strength and stretches right from the shoulders and chest, to the hips and toes making the muscles covered in these areas more flexible and strong.
The most challenging part is holding the balance, along with the bending of the lower back while standing. >> Balance is all about focus. When practiced more often, it will improve concentration and memory. The focus needed in balancing poses, creates also a connection between mind and body.
The chest and the shoulders expand here, creating more space for deep and full breaths. This will also help to open, activate, and balance the heart and solar plexus chakra
Use a strap if needed. Props are amazing, and a great practice of dropping the ego, listening to the body, and taking it day by day with care into every moment. . . .
