How to do #glutebridges? #workoutwednesday #humpday 
Place your upper back/ bottom of shoulder blades on to bench 
Bend your knees and put your feet flat on the ground heels directly underneath your knees 
Your feet should be about hip-width apart.
Keep chin tucked in to chest 
Press up through your heels and upper back to lift your glutes off the ground. Drive your hips up as high as possible, squeezing the glutes hard. Keep your ribs closed and belly button drawn in and back flat so you  don’t hyper extend your back. Also keep toes down and Make sure you are driving straight up and that your knees aren’t caving in. And your not cranking and pressing into your head.
Squeeze your glutes for second or two at the top and lower half way back down and repeat
