After completing our 4 week Rowing programme Jon managed to knock 26 seconds off his 2k time completed just before the programme! Amazing work Jon and well done for sticking to the programme .
The programme covered all energy systems, from shorter anaerobic sprints to the longer more aerobic based sessions. This meant that all bases were covered which is definitely necessary when rowing the 2K!
Pacing strategies were provided meaning he could get the most out of each session. Before the 4week programme Jon already had a good level of fitness, this just goes to show what a difference a specific programme can make over a short amount of time! Onto the next - 13 seconds ago
