Let’s talk about winter skin! Anyone feeling dried out and dull? Here’s a few tips help your skin out this cold winter! .
Buff Your Skin. No matter how many serums and creams are applied, dry skin will stay dry without some light exfoliation. (I use @arbonne ‘s prep work cleanser which has apricot seeds to exfoliate my face and our rescue and renew detox scrub on my body).
. 🧡Switch to a Heavier Face Cream
Perhaps one of the most important and commonly overlooked steps in the dry skin game is changing to a seriously hydrating moisturizer. (I used Arbonne’s whole anti aging RE9 line but during winter I switch to the extra moisture restorative cream for the day our RE9 advanced brightening night cream for the night) .
Masks! Our skin needs extra care during winter due to the change in weather, that can make your skin dry and rough. During winters our skin is more susceptible to damage which can cause chapped lips, dryness, itchy skin, so it’s extremely essential to take extra care! Masks can make a huge difference. I try and do a mask at least once a week! One of my favs is Arbonne’s rescue and renew pink clay detox mask for my face and Décolletage and our intelligent lip treatment to pamper my kissers. And when my skin’s feeling extra dry I sleep with our rescue and renew oil overtop of my night routine - it basically acts like an overnight mask. And don’t forget about your eyes! I love our prep work eye gel masks... they are golden goodness to get rid of bags and puffiness!
