What does #postpartum healing look like for you?
For @berrisparkli , it looked like beginning to train physically, mentally, and emotionally when she was in her first trimester of pregnancy.
During her pregnancy, she joined #BIRTHFIT Prenatal Foundations and took the @birthfit Prenatal Series childbirth education course with us.
She regularly received #chiropractic care @trianglecrc.
After she gave birth, she stayed around home, and accepted help while she allowed her body and baby to regulate to a new normal.
Then she slowly began to move intentionally in the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath & Flow, focusing on her core and pelvic floor and setting up a foundation of stabilization.
She stuck around for the traditional BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series to continue building on her base of stability with strength training.
It was during this time that Christin joked that she didn't know what she was going to do when she couldn't come here anymore.
We obliged by opening up our brand new BIRTHFIT Women's Fitness class, which happens every month and welcomes all women to train intentionally.
So now Christin can continue to honor her body and her journey as she continues through the first year of the #motherhoodtransition (and beyond) with the support of the BIRTHFIT four pillars that are woven into all of our courses: fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection.
For Christin, this is what postpartum healing looks like. Isn't it beautiful? : @jennasomich - 12 minutes ago
