Love yourself and quit the self-sabotage ️ 🏽 It all starts with you believing in yourself
One of the most powerful things that I did was envisioning myself differently than what I saw in the mirror. 🧐ENVISIONING: close your eyes and picture a life where you love yourself.
Even if I’m the back of your mind, you’re thinking “I can never do it. I’ll never get there”. POSITIVITY: writing positive goals will help you feel like you working towards improving yourself and your life.
When you’re start your journey, I bet it’s hard to believe that you’re going to be able to get to the goal.
AFFIRMATION: come up with 5-10 sentences that describe your ideal self. Eg. I love myself, I am successful, I eat healthy, and I get moving everyday.
If you just believe, and have faith, trust the process and tell yourself “I can do this, I’m going to get there, I see myself there” then it will make everything else about your journey so much easier.
NOURISHMENT: self-love is about self respect and allowing your body to have the healthy food it needs to operate, and the sleep it deserves.
REPETITION AND CONSISTENCY: self love doesn’t appear overnight. If you want to learn to love yourself good, you need to repeat steps 1-4 everyday.
SELF SABOTAGE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.
Don’t waste your time and energy sabotaging yourself... coming up with excuses why you can’t do something great. You could just be that person who believed they could, and so you persisted and you just did it. - 2 hours ago
