Don’t be in such a rush... You are missing out on all the little wins you get to celebrate by trusting the process... Enjoy learning and mastering the movement itself first... Then try coupling it with another and trying to complete reps under fatigue... There’s years of enjoyment to be had in CrossFit... So make every moment count... Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking Kate through the clean... We used tempo, pauses, drilled positioning, worked on timing, all with out speed or heavy loading... The difference from when she first walked in demonstrated the movement for me compared to how she executed it at the back end of the session was incredible... Kate now has some tools she can implement in her own training which will help bring up this skill before her next competition!
