This is still a competition and one I’m aiming to win.
Essentially it’s the same, digging deep, monitoring everything, feeling shit but looking lean and most importantly...
This is a perfect trial run preparing for the real thing whilst learning about myself.
For everyone dieting it’s all worth it as long as you hold yourself accountable!
