I was supposed to post about another product from blk Cosmetics. But then I realized that I haven’t used it yet so I switched to another product feature.
These are some of the lippies from ColourPop’s Disney Designer Collection. The collection is a collaboration between ColourPop and Disney. And just like what Kathleen Lights said, you can’t get any bigger than that. A lot of cosmetic brands have been wanting to team up with Disney and ColourPop did just that in just a few short years. But the Disney collection that ColourPop has is a little bit different than usual. The main thing that seemed different (and so cool!) to me is the fact that the Disney Princesses featured in the collection are not wearing their traditional princess garb. Each of the princesses featured are wearing dresses in the style of the decade or era when they originally debuted. For example, Snow White is seen wearing a sexy, form fitting vintage dress that is the fashion trend of the 1930s. The same goes for the other princesses. I really love that concept. Too bad I wasn’t able to get Jasmine because her outfit is just kick ass.
Anyway...the products featured here are four lux lipsticks in creme finishes. At the time of purchase, Jasmine and Tiana were both sold out. So I only got 4 out of the 6 lux lipsticks. I wanted to get them during a restock but thought better of it. The shades of both Jasmine and Tiana does not go well with my skin tone.
Each creme lipstick comes packaged in a beautiful box that features a portrait of the featured Disney princess and their awesome outfits. The lid of the box features a sort of signature or autograph by the princess in different font and color. The tube are equally beautiful. The bullets are contained in golden tubes designed with the signatures of the different princesses. They are really worth collecting. Actually, they are too beautiful to use. You can just display them somewhere and just look at them all day. - 5 hours ago
